Step into the shaded and enclosed backyard, where you’ll find outdoor seating for dining al fresco and an outdoor shower where you can rinse off after your fun-filled day at the beach.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the space. Enter the home through the ground floor, where you’ll find a bedroom with access to the backyard, a full-size bath, and a laundry room. Upstairs, the main level, with a vaulted ceiling and wood fireplace, has an open floor plan with lots of room for family and friends to gather. This level boasts a fully equipped kitchen where the chef in the group will find all the tools needed to whip up a home-cooked meal or just a frothy drink. There’s plenty of seating for planning a game night or enjoying a movie night on the large TV. A cozy sunroom, just off the living room, has yet another TV and can be closed off for those who prefer a quieter environment.
