B Street Bungalow

Welcome to B Street Bungalow, a newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bath downtown Bentonville retreat accommodating up to five guests.

The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and one single bed. The thoughtfully furnished interior features a comfortable living area, well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a private washer and dryer.

After riding Bentonville’s award-winning mountain-bike trails, return home to prepare a meal in the kitchen or cook outside on the gas grill. The fully enclosed backyard also features a patio and wood-burning firepit for relaxing beneath the Arkansas sky.

A separate game room offers air hockey and a comfortable sofa. Mountain bikers can also take advantage of bike-in/bike-out access, secure bicycle storage, and a bike-wash station.

Guests have access to the home, fully enclosed backyard, patio, gas grill, wood-burning firepit, game room, secure bicycle-storage area, and bike-wash station.

The game room includes air hockey and a comfortable seating area. Access information will be provided to registered guests before arrival.

Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

B Street Bungalow is located in downtown Bentonville near local restaurants, coffee shops, mountain-bike trails, and community attractions.

The Bentonville Square, Walmart Museum, The Momentary, 8th Street Market, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, and other Northwest Arkansas destinations are easily accessible from the property.

Guests can walk or bike to many downtown Bentonville restaurants, coffee shops, trails, and attractions. The property offers bike-in/bike-out access along with secure bicycle storage and a bike-wash station.

A vehicle is useful for exploring destinations throughout Northwest Arkansas. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

Guests can enjoy B Street Bungalow independently. Our local Bentonville management team is available through the booking platform if assistance is needed before or during the stay.

B Street Bungalow accommodates a maximum of five guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Up to two dogs are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The backyard is fully enclosed and includes a patio, gas grill, and wood-burning firepit. Children and dogs must be supervised throughout the outdoor areas and around the firepit.

Only firewood may be burned in the firepit. Please turn off the gas grill and its fuel shutoff valve completely after every use.

The separate game room includes air hockey and seating. Secure bicycle storage and a bike-wash station are also available.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.
