You will enter the cabin through the galley-style kitchen which has plenty of countertop space for cooking up the day's catch! The kitchen leads into the dining area and great room. Down the hall in the center of the cabin, you will find the primary bedroom and the full bath. Upstairs is a large sleeping loft. There is a game table and a comfy reading chair as well. This loft is open to the great room below. The loft is only available when booking for more than two guests. A patio door in the dining area leads to the back deck that faces the lake. Sit on the porch swings and watch the sunrise over beautiful Beaver Lake! Another patio door from the living area leads to the side yard and the firepit area. Roast marshmallows under the stars as you relax into the night after a day of lake fun. Additional amenities include a window AC unit that cools the entire cabin in summer and central heat in winter. Eureka Springs is only 12.5 miles away, providing shopping, dining, and entertainment.

- There is no WiFi and no AT&T cell signal. Other carriers have limited signal at the cabin.
- This cabin is not designed nor equipped to be compared to the romantic 'anniversary getaway' cabins that can be found all around Eureka Springs.
- This property is managed by Vacasa of Arkansas LLC.
- 4 dogs , weighing 50 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
- Parking notes: There is plenty of parking for cars, trucks and trailers. There are driveways on both sides of the cabin. There is plenty of trailer parking for your boat near the dock, as well.
