OZK Trail House

Welcome to OZK Trail House, a three-bedroom, two-bath home accommodating up to seven guests near downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges.

The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and one single bed. Comfortable living and dining areas, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, televisions, board games, and a washer and dryer provide the conveniences needed for a relaxing stay.

The indoor gas fireplace is available for guest use. Operating instructions are located on the mantle.

The spacious enclosed backyard includes a patio, gas grill, hammock, lawn, and basketball hoop. Cyclists can use the secure bicycle shed, tools, and bike-wash area after exploring Northwest Arkansas trails.

The garage provides additional secure bicycle storage but is not available for vehicle parking.

Guests have access to the home, fully enclosed backyard, patio, gas grill, lawn, hammock, basketball hoop, secure bicycle shed, bike tools, bike-wash area, and designated bicycle-storage space inside the garage.

The garage is not available for vehicle parking. Outdoor parking is limited to two vehicles.

Entry is through an electronic lock with a unique code assigned to each reservation.

OZK Trail House is located at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac near downtown Bentonville.

The home offers convenient access to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Scott Family Amazeum, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks, and Northwest Arkansas mountain-biking trails.

Guests can bike or drive to many Bentonville attractions, restaurants, museums, parks, and regional trails.

A vehicle is useful for exploring destinations throughout Northwest Arkansas. Outdoor parking is limited to two vehicles.

Guests will have privacy during their stay. The local management team is available if assistance is needed.

OZK Trail House accommodates a maximum of seven guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

Up to two dogs are welcome. Guests must supervise their dogs throughout the property and clean up after them.

Smoking is not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The home uses privacy-compliant noise-monitoring technology to detect excessive sound levels and occupancy. It does not record conversations.

The backyard is fully enclosed, but children and dogs must still be supervised throughout the outdoor areas.

The home has a single-level, step-free layout. No stairs are required at the entrance or inside the home.
