Additional perks include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

For a $150 per week mandatory rental fee, renters will receive eight wristbands and a keyfob with which to access the clubhouse, wellness center, pools and pickleball courts. The fee is to be collected by Vacasa at least seven days ahead of your arrival, along with your completed registration form. Children five and under do not require a wristband.
Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to the community amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
