Henderson Beach State Park and Emerald Bay Golf Club are around two miles away if you feel like exploring a bit further afield, and if you don’t, the resort-style, zero-entry community pool is steps from your door.

Spend mornings sipping coffee and enjoying the sea breeze on your patio or either comfortably furnished balcony. Inside, you’ll find a modern, updated space with chic furnishings and an open layout. The sleek, ground-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime around the marble-topped dining table.

Rent a golf cart or bicycle nearby or spend the day with your toes in the sand, 
then bask in the cool of the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar on the middle floor, then grab a spot on the electric reclining couch on the first floor or settle into the leather sectional in the second family room to watch some TV. Can’t agree on a program? No problem - each bedroom boasts a TV of its own. Keep dinner simple with a cookout on the gas grill, then end the night in any of six well-appointed bedrooms, including a first-floor primary suite with a private spa-like bathroom. Things to Know

Beach Shuttle: Available seasonally (March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Memorial Day- October).

Pool Heat Schedule: March 1st- April 26th and also the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.
