Recent Black Hills - South Dakota vacation rental reviews

Five stars isn’t enough for this house! It’s the perfect base for a family vacation. Centrally located, near anything you’d need. It was clean, stocked with all the essentials and much more. The play area is a kid’s dream, the backyard was perfect for the kid’s to play in while we cooked and visited, and the extra touches and thoughtful amenities were the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

House has arguably the best view of Pillar Peak. Everything that we needed was provided by Vacasa, including soft toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, trash bags and even condiments for grilling. We enjoyed the pool table and outdoor firepit. The whole house was spotless save for some hanging cobwebs around the basement TV.

Plenty of things to offer and wonderful customer service. I spoke with Larissa and she had to inform us of the hot tub being broken, she was very helpful and courteous. We had plenty of necessities and the beds were very comfortable , the whole place was great, save for the hot tub. The house is at a high enough elevation the you can get sick, some of our party did. Over all a great stay and felt like a home away from home

The fun all begins with a Black Hills vacation rental. The Black Hills are an isolated mountain range extending from South Dakota to Wyoming, with the inclusion of the Badlands National Park, Mount Rushmore, and the Black Hills National Forest. Venture out to ghost towns or charming mountain towns, pan for gold at the Black Hills Mining Museum, and sightsee elk and buffalo near Custer State Park.

Find yourself home on the range, with comfortable stays and convenient access to all the trails and attractions. The area attracts history buffs, outdoor enthusiasts, and families hopping from landmark to landmark or slowing down to nature’s pace. Tour the landscape by the 1880 Train, time your trip to catch the Hot Air Balloon Festival, and if you’re traveling with kids, don’t miss the Reptile Garden.
