The pool was nice and quiet

This unit is right on the beach which is amazing. Unfortunately, from the downstairs porch you do not have a great view because of some Sea Oat trees. The beds are nice and comfortable, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and well equipped with towels, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner. Each bedroom also has a deck you can sit on, very nice. The kitchen is roomy and has a blender, 3 coffee machines (??) and a coffee pod machine too, which was a nice bonus. We flew in and were banking on the beach supplies, unfortunately there was only one functioning beach chair, the other was rotted and broken. Vacasa did not respond to help with this issue, so we bought a chair ($49,99 + tax) and gifted it to future guests to enjoy. The unit was beautiful, quiet while we were there, but no one was next door, and comfortable. It is a great place to make memories.

AMI is our favorite spot to vacation. This was our 5th year staying on the island, first time staying in this area & at this property. The location and beachfront access for this property is a 10/10!!! The pool area is shaded, which is nice to get out of the sun! Jacuzzi could use some work as the spa did not work. The house has mostly everything you need. Close to Publix for convenience. The home could use some upgrading of mattresses. We had minor issues with communication - but they were resolved. Please note, this area is residential and big on noise. We have 4 young children and they were playing in the pool (not being excessively loud, just being kids) and the neighbor did ask us to keep it down. Overall, we would stay again!

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint. The condo was located beachfront and was very clean and well decorated, exactly as advertised. The beach was very easy to access and a nice pool was also available. The owners provided beach towels, beach chairs, oumbrella, and other items needed to enjoy the beach. We enjoyed preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen that had newer appliances and all cooking utensils needed. The bed was very comfortable and the nice bathrooms had everything needed The condo is conveniently located to all of the delicious restaurants on the island. We highly recommend this condo to others and will definitely be returning for a future visit.
