First the good. The view, especially from the upper floor, is incredible. We also really liked that the overall space was broken up into the two floors, making it feel larger. That said, there is room for improvement. The outdoor furniture was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to sit outside to enjoy the view. The coffee pot was ridiculously small. We had to make a fresh pot for each cup of coffee. I saw that feedback in another review but they still haven't resolved it. Such a simple small thing that would go a long way. The entire unit needs a deep clean. And when we stripped the bed before checking out (per their instructions), we found visible bed bugs. Disgusting! I reached out to the property manager immediately. (Side note, conversation with them was always odd. I felt like I was speaking with AI most of the time). I didn't like they way they handled it but hope they invest in mattress encasements in order to prevent this for future guests.

We enjoyed the unit although in an older building. Unit is well designed, furnished and equipped and is good value compared to others on the island.
