Jersey Shore vacation rentals with hot tubs

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home—it looks exactly like the pictures! It was perfect for our family of four (my husband, our 12-year-old, and our 2-year-old). The space was extremely clean, comfortable, and clearly very thoughtfully maintained. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, with clear, straightforward communication from the owner every step of the way. The hosts were excellent—welcoming, responsive, and left no stone unturned to ensure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and great for cooking, and we especially loved the coffee maker with the fresh grind feature—such a nice touch! The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little extras like games under the coffee table (perfect for our toddler) and a high chair already provided. The location is fantastic—very walkable and in a great neighborhood. Parking was also a breeze, with a dedicated spot on the property and plenty of free street parking; we had two cars and had no issues at all. This was my first time booking through Evolve, and the entire experience was smooth and welcoming. It truly felt like home—only better! If we have the opportunity, we will definitely stay here again.

When we arrived, we were all excited. We counted the days down until it was time to go. The grandkids couldn't wait to have the pool and hot tub. When we go there everything looked good. The thing we found off was the cushions for the patio furniture was outside already and wet. Second thing the grass was a little high. The mosquitoes were biting like crazy. We know there might be some but not like this. I sent a message before we arrived to see if they could get the grass cut before arriving and it wasn't done. My husband went and rented a lawn mower and weed wackier. He cut the grass and pulled out the weeds he could and cut the rest. I did advice the owners so they could have the person that does the lawn to wait. The mower person showed up the next day and it was already done. On the 24th it got windy, we were all inside and heard a bang. We went outside and put of the fence entrance to the backyard fell. My husband went and got a 2 by 4 and fixed the fence. We could call about every nook and cranny. My husband just went around and fixed what needed to be fixed. We also found crumbs of food in the lower cabins by the refrigerator. It makes it hard when the owner of the property doesn't see what the problems are before the next tenant comes in. Don't get me wrong, we still enjoy going there. They accommodated us by putting on the hot tub, when we asked. The only problem we had with the hot tub was. We asked for it to be put on between 10-11 pm and shut down @ 1am. We got a message from the owner stating," you go it". But it would be shutting off around 11 pm. The communication could have been better with that. You can still make things fun when there are issues or not. We were still able to relax. Thank you.

Very nice and functional holiday house for 8-10 persons, with three good bedrooms. Large, well equipped kitchen. Lots of space for social activities. Perfect pool area, loved by kids and adults. Short walking distance to a lovely non-crowded beach. Our host was available and very helpful to solve problems.
