We have rented on the island several times and found this location to be perfect! As my husband said, if you're renting this home with a bunch of friends and going to play golf it's a 5 star experience. If you have a family you might feel differently about it. The two upper lofts for sleeping have precarious stairs to navigate. Not ideal for every renter. There is a bit of a feeling that you are staying in your grandmother's home. The kitchen is well equipped. We made several meals. Could use more essentials, such as garbage bags and paper towels. Overall, I would recommend this property.

This was a great spot for a few nights on MV with my wife and adult kids. Less than 10 minutes from Oak Bluffs harbor and close to everything. The basement tenant was very quiet and we barely saw them. The property next door is in tough shape and I honestly thought it was abandoned at first. Quiet neighborhood and a good spot to set up base for a few nights.

This property is in a quiet residential area that is a few minutes from Oak Bluffs. The porch was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning. The three bedrooms were good sized and comfortable. Two full baths made it quite comfortable for two couples. Edgar Town was a short drive from the property. If you do not have a car, Ubers are easily accessible for a very reasonable cost. The check in and check out process was very simple. We definitely would stay here again.
