Recent Laconia vacation rental reviews

The house was very nice and as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels and nice bed linens. The bedrooms and common rooms were large and accommodated our large group. We enjoyed the lake access and fire pit. We appreciated the crib, changing table and high chair for a baby. House was cleaned early so we were able to check in by 12:30 pm. We had a wonderful stay.

It was a very nice place to stay. Loved the country style look, very unique kid of place. Clean pool, private location and definitely that country style outdoors. Surrounded by the nature, which is relaxing. Gets very dark outside, I would suggest a flashlight when walking the dog late at night. Saw a bear with 3 cubs on a late evening 50 ft from the house. Second bedroom past the pool house is a lot cooler to sleep.

The property is good for one family, it's neat and well managed. There are no dishwasher, no washer and dryer. Probably, we'll rent it next year. Check-in and check-out are extremely comfortable. They offered us an early check-in and we got an additional night for a half price. Communication with the management was excellent. We can recommend it if you have a small party.
