The beds comfy and cozy and generously furnished with plenty of pillows. The dinners we cooked on the grill were simply amazing because of the scenery and weather. The kitchens (there were two!!) are fully stocked and thank you for the extras - like EVOO and sea salt. The house offers a variety of family activities, including kayaking and canoeing. The serene lake and breathtaking sunsets over the mountains created an ideal setting for relaxation. We even had a movie night and Trivial Pursuit game night. Breakfast was served on the screened-in porch, and the cool mountain nights were a delightful treat. For those who crave civilization, there are plenty of nearby restaurants nearby.

This is a beautiful home in a convenient location to downtown Cashiers. The furnishings are both high end and comfortable. As beautiful as the inside is, you'll still want to spend most of your time outside on the large decks, at the firepit, or admiring the gorgeous water features. This rental will be a go-to whenever we visit the area.
