This might be one of our favorite vacation rentals of all time. It is super cute. There is a great little park across the street that was great for the kids. The beach access was great. There were a lot of stairs (so be aware of that ) however Nelcott Beach access is also close and within walking distance. We were also able to walk to a cafe and coffee. Any issues we had were resolved right away. The king size beds were awesome and the 4 bins were perfect for the kids. Rocking chair on the front patio was very nice. All around great place to stay and highly recommend.

While the property was a touch difficult to figure out that we were at the correct one it was indeed a very nice property. It’s 20 mins walk or 5 minute drive to a beach access point which is a minor inconvenience, but really there is a great view of the ocean. The property itself is set out very nicely, our only minor issues were that there are ants that were in the kitchen area, the ice machine required some work to unblock it, and when using the primary bedroom bathroom it could trip the breaker. All in all the property is good with some minor differed maintenance on the property, which is listed for sale at the time we visited
