It was easy to see from the moment that we arrived that this house is lovingly decorated and cared for. For our stay during the winter school break, we were pleased to see the house decorated with lots of Christmas decorations, and there were lots of little touches, like fuzzy blankets in all of the sitting areas. We enjoyed our stay and other than a few small details, we were satisfied with the accommodations! The good: - Well-appointed kitchen with lots of cookware and utensils. - Well-stocked bathrooms with plenty of towels and extra amenities. - Clean rooms with fresh linens and firm mattresses on the beds. - Lots of fun activities, including pool table, karaoke sound system, and hot tub and fire pit. The bad: - Thermostats would not stay in heating mode - we had to reactivate them throughout the day and also at night while we were occupying the house. - Hot tub was not serviced prior to arrival. Chlorine levels were depleted on the evening of our arrival. - We were charged more for amenity fees than the amounts that were included on the listing. It's a very nice house, but it seems like the property management team might have been overwhelmed during the holidays.

This was a great house for 3 families with young children to enjoy during a long summer weekend! Very nice amenities in the home and it was well cleaned. We enjoyed using the amenity pass for the beaches and pools within the community during our stay. The hot tub, movie theatre, game room, and fire pit were also a hit. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy Pocono Lake. One thing to note - Evolve’s trip hub did not contain updated information regarding the check in process. Currently, you do NOT need to go to a separate location to check in, but instead reach out to the guest contact at least 3 days in advance to secure a gate pass QR code. This was not communicated by Evolve and I only found out due to initiating an email regarding check in.
