This property and location was great. However we ran into a few issues which as infestation of house flies upon arrival and smoke issues with the fireplace, that we were later told should not have been used. The guest services were, unfortunately, quite dismissive and unhelpful. Their main response was we will have to figure this out for the next occupants. Really unfortunate considering the place was a great spot!

townhome was super comfortable and clean. The living room with the floor to ceiling fireplace provided a cozy place to gather on the evenings. Our small group enjoyed the games provided and the proximity and easy walk to Stratton village

We planned a summer vacation with tennis, hiking and swimming as per the website stating tennis and pools were available. However, we could not find the tennis courts (turns out they do not exist, but there is paddleball) or the pools. It took 2 days and a half for Vacasa to connect us with a local agent, but once Mitchell was on the case everything was great. He got us a map to the pool and helped us access (for a fee but they did reimburse us) local tennis courts and saved our vacation. There are two pools in a nice private area. The unit itself is excellent. Very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The mattresses and pillows are great, nice amount of storage space, the sheets were soft, the towels and washcloths soft, fluffy and plentiful. They are also very generous with soaps, shampoos, conditioners and the kitchen is very well stocked. Rooms are a good size and the unit is nice and bright. Nice TVs and WIFI worked well. One other caveat: the loft sleeping area (very nice and roomy) is totally open to a skylight and the downstairs living area, so if you are sensitive to noise and/or light you will not sleep very well there. This is an area for those who go to bed after everyone else and get up when it is light outside. There are also 2 air conditioning units on the upper floors, not noted on the website, a very nice addition if you get a super hot streak. It is walking distance from a very nice tennis and fitness facility, as well as hiking trails. For the most part I would highly recommend this unit. If I were to go back I would even request the same one.
