Spacious and clean! Just as advertised!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Cottage on the Crest. The home is very clean, great decor and thoughtful touches and supplies you'll need whether you prepare your meals/time inside, on the deck, by the fireplace, or traveling to the beach. The beach access is very close and we spent many outings walking along the coast and enjoying the views. Speaking of views - you can also see the beach from the deck and from the kitchen/dining/living room areas which was a nice touch while sipping our morning coffees and enjoying cozy time by the fireplace! Thank you for sharing your place with us and providing a comfortable and wonderful place for us to get out of town, enjoy the coast, and relax. We look forward to coming back whether it’s another partner getaway or we bring more family since there is plenty of rooms and beds for more. Much appreciated.

Where is Westport, WA?

With a population of about 2,000 people, Westport is ideal for its cozy, small-town vibe. It’s 130 miles from Seattle—and a popular day-trip for the city’s residents—and only a few hours from the dramatic landscape found in the Olympic National Forest. Whether you’re craving a day of exploration in the city, or in the trees, Westport is perfect for a home base.

Things to do in Westport, WA

Just because you won’t be laying out in the sun doesn’t mean there’s a lack of beach activities. Ascend the spiral stairs of Gray’s Harbor Lighthouse—the tallest in Washington—to watch the waves crashing on the shoreline. If you’re in Westport on strictly-seafood business, be sure to stop at one of the eateries along Westhaven Drive for grilled tuna steaks or hearty fish and chips. The marina is a nice place to take a stroll and is full of activity, with boats and fishing trawlers returning with the catch of the day. The Maritime Museum is also nearby, featuring displays of lighthouse lenses and whale skeletons.

If it’s outdoor adventure that you seek, our Westport house rentals are about two hours from the unrivaled scenery of the Olympic National Forest. Be sure to take a day trip to this special place teeming with moss-covered trees, roiling blue waters, and craggy mountain peaks.

Come experience for yourself what makes this unique beach town so unforgettable. Check out our Westport vacation rentals today—you’ll love this perfect slice of Northwestern coastal life.
