I want to say that this was one of the best condos I have ever stayed in. The owners clearly care about their renters, as the condo well appointed. They plenty of dishes and cookware to use, with non-stick skillets in great shape (not scratched or gouged like some we have stayed in). The furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony was a little on the small side but big enough for me and my wife. There were plenty of items to take to the beach stored there, including chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that it was described as beach front, but there was a road between the building and the beach, and so sitting on the balcony to soak up the sounds of the waves was interrupted by traffic noise. The view was splendid otherwise.

Great location, beautiful view, comfortable, easy to work with, friendly and professional! A few small details… the two quilts in each bedroom had blood on them from previous tenants, the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, and the dryer was not working but was fixed quickly. Otherwise a great stay!
