We had a great time in San Pedro staying at this condo. It is in a good location being close to town but not in a busy area. the property was clean and we really enjoyed the pool, palapa and nearby resturants.

Gineli, the concierge, was by far the best part of this stay…she was amazing! Friendly and helpful. Condo is lovely and comfortable but the kitchen appliances need an upgrade and the kitchen in general is not very well equipped for cooking. Grounds were well maintained and pool area was lovely and comfortable. The seagrass is an issue this time of year, however, that’s on Mother Nature not Vacasa or the complex.

House is spacious, easily viewable, and has all you need. It is a ways from the paved roads, and the dirt roads are bumpy, but the house and tarpon bay are beautiful. The sea grass was very heavy on the east side of the island, but tarpon bay was clean and clear of the sea grass and smell.
