House

The house is beautiful in a great quiet area yet close to many great restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Adventure is not far away with many parks, waterfalls, horse back riding, surf lessons, etc. There were 3 couples in our party, the house was prefect for each having their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was wonderful and warm! Will stay again.

What a beautiful property! The complex itself is well maintained with much attention paid to maintenance of the landscaping and pool. We loved that it is a smaller community with well spaced units. The home itself is very well equipped with all appliances and amenities you need to be comfortable for even a long-term stay. All towels, bath items, cleaning items etc. were fully stocked for us. The washing machine is certainly a great item to have in the unit. The home is clean, bright and open with high ceilings making it feel quite large; being poolside is a bonus! We also met some great, very helpful and welcoming neighbours who own units there. The bedroom is spacious with a king bed and great mattress that we enjoyed sleeping on. The outer deck/porch area is also quite large and perfect for eating, relaxing, reading - whatever you prefer. The location is ideal - beaches, bakeries, a fish market, ATM, restaurants, grocery stores and more are all walkable (and safe at night!). We rented a golf cart which allowed us to venture into nearby Potrero for dining and groceries. It was just a short cart ride outside of there to get to other amazing areas like Playa Flamingo and all that area has to offer. In short, I would highly recommend this property and specifically this home. Our nearly two week stay was not long enough and we will definitely go back. We can't wait!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. First and foremost the security was to notch. We felt very safe during our stay. You are literally 50ft from the beach after walking out the front door. The attached Cafe is awesome... They went above and beyond to make us happy. I can definitely say if we visit Jaco again this place better be available!!! Only 1 criticism... The shower drained extremely slow.
