Beautiful house, 5 minutes from the town and from the slopes!Very spacious, there were plenty of room for all 6 guests. We loved to hang out in the cozy living room by the fire place. The house, parking, the check in and checkout process was so easy and efficient. Great and prompt customer service

Wintergreen 116 was fine for our trip not amazing but not terrible either. The positives: Good communication from the property management with clear instructions of how to get there and wifi and login instructions. They even called to ensure everything would be clear Very easy to find the unit and the login code was very clear and worked although had to input once or twice. No problems with parking passes were located easily. Very clean beds were fine and so were the bathrooms. Location is excellent only <10 mins from the village and the slopes. The downsides: Unit was cold when I checked in and took a while to heat up that evening, would have been nice to have the unit warmer when we checked in. However when I called about it they did send someone over to check so to be fair they did try and resolve this as quick as they could. Tv didn't work at all couldn't get it working and when I called about this they were not able to help either. Only that we found a roku to use would have been stuck with a blank screen. They have an xbox with loads of DVDs to watch but couldn't get the xbox to open so not sure why it was still there? Again they were planning to send someone the next day so were trying to resolve this. Not enough towels provided was 12 of us but only provided 4 towels in each of the 2 bathrooms. This they were not able to resolve when a called about this so was disappointing. Poor pressure in showers. Outlets in our room didn't work so that was annoying. Overall perfect if your just staying there to sleep and there is a large group of people but for smaller groups I think better accommodation could be found in the village
