Yes, Vacasa provides a referral payment of up to $2,000*. Please be sure to submit your referral online at If you’ve been in touch with a Vacasa sales representative, make sure to include that person’s name when you complete the referral form.

Vacasa will need an up-to-date full name, email address, and W-9. Coordinate with your Market Expert to make sure all of your payout information is recorded correctly.

Our team strives to get your referral bonus sent out as soon as possible. Below is a breakdown of what goes into the process in order to be paid for your referrals.

  1. After you submit your referral, we’ll connect with the homeowner.
  2. Once the homeowner signs up for Vacasa property management services, the onboarding process will begin.
  3. Once the new property goes live on you’ll be issued your referral compensation approximately 30 days afterward.
