Washer/dryer : Private
This cozy little house is warm and inviting. Clean, well kept, decorated well. It has all of the comforts of home! It has a great entry way where you can remove your shoes, keep your skies, coats, etc. also a washer/dryer which was really nice to have. When it snowed, a crew was there the next morning to shovel and snow blow. There is only room for one car in the driveway but there was an overflow parking area. I wouldn’t consider more than 4 people to stay at one time as the house is small. We would certainly stay again!
Nice home. Comfortable. Perfect spot for a ski trip to Purgatory and Wolf Creek. Walking distance to the hot springs and restaurants is nice too
"My family of 4 stayed in Pagosa Springs for a ski trip to Wolf Creek. It was only a 20/30 minute drive to the ski area. The restaurants, shops, and springs for soaking for close by and easily accessible. We didn't walk, because the town was a little icy that day, but you would have easy access to quite a few places by foot. The town is adorable, and locals are so friendly. We appreciated being able to spread out, in the house, and the kitchen was bigger than what I have at home! We could really keep costs down by having breakfast there and packing a lunch, if we wanted. All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The home was clean, and beds were comfy. If we plan a trip to Pagosa Springs again, I will be checking availability here first. Thank you!"
Loved this cottage it was semi secluded and in a great location. The owner came by and shoveled the snow and helped us with all the snow, it was amazing! They even dropped off toilet paper and paper towels mid week. Only negative that we had was the house needs better lighting in the kitchen.
Quiet and close to all thethings downtown.
Because of an unexpected work conflict, we were forced to reschedule our vacation for one week later (not an outright cancellation). Of the three reservations we had made, these were the only folks who would not let us push our stay back. No ifs ands or buts-they were happy to just take our money. I'm sure it was somewhere in their lengthy terms of service that they force you to "acknowledge." If you're on the fence between this place and another one, keep this in mind.
Cute and clean. Very good location for lots of activities in the area and walking distance to places in Pagosa Springs.
Well stocked kitchen and lots of nice touches throughout! Great spaces inside and out! Nice location. We will be back!
We loved the location, close to town but at the end of a dead-end road with amble vacant land around it to enjoy the daily visit by local deer. The home was clean and well-kept with more than expected extras like real shampoo and conditioner, lotion, games, colors, laundry soap, and even a welcome bag full of goodies. Look forward to using this adorable place on our next trip to Pagosa Springs.
It had everything we needed! Close to everything and cute!
Great little home, has everything you need and can walk to all the best spots!
Love being in downtown Pagosa Springs close to great restaurants and the hot springs. Kitchen is very large and they leave you with essentials, making it feel like home! This is our second stay and will try to stay again in the future!
We loved our stay and would consider this house again next year.
My husband and I are fellow vacation rental owners, but our place in Pagosa was booked the weekend that we were visiting so we stayed in this lovely little cottage, which was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The house was decorated super cute, very clean and incredibly conveniently located downtown. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
Cute place, so much more cozy than a hotel. This home has everything you actually need in it, couldn’t be happier to discover the coffee available that morning. Loved it.
