Things to Know
All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
As an advanced notice, we would like to inform you of the Fall 2026 – Winter 2027 Work Schedule. The Phase 2 A and B portion of the building’s preservation project will include the north walkway repairs and coating, along with painting of the walls and ceilings.
Phase 2 A BLOCKING OF FLOORS AND UNITS ARE MANDATORY
• Phase 2 A is only for the north walkway flooring repair and coating
• Floors and Units will be required to be placed off all rental programs-BLOCKED
• Periods of LOUD NOISE from jackhammers, grinders, and chipping hammers should be expected.
• The contractor will start on the 15th floor and then proceed down, working two (2) floors at a time to assist in expediating completion.
