*Upper parking lot. Noise effect: Minimal to moderate various times of the day. Otherwise no noise at all. Duration: Should be completed by June 1st.
**The County of Maui is installing new drainpipe on the road that fronts Hololani. It is being done a section of roadway at a time. The project moves daily to a different location along the road. Noise/environmental effect: Heavy equipment digging up the roadbed and refilling with asphalt where needed at any particular location. Duration: As it would affect Hololani completion should be by June 1st.
A damage waiver, covering up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.
