Very convenient, clean, and easy access for arrival.

I really enjoyed my 5-night stay at this condo. It's set up nicely and was very clean. The added touch of a boot dryer was great and used often. The location can not be beaten as it's close to the lift. The best is the comfortable bed which is extremely important when traveling. The parking lot and walkways were taken care of as well. Thank you and when in the area again, I would book this condo again.

Loved the unit clean and well equipped but extremely noisy under the stairs going to upper floors. Also for 3 nights the Hotel was almost half the price so we didn’t rebook
Manager response:
Hi Henrietta, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize if there is noise under the stairs. We will need to review this further as we have not had previous complaints. We hope you'll visit again soon.

First time we've stayed in the G'wood condo. We loved it. First floor, easy parking and access to condo. The condo was spotless, comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed.
It is a bottom unit so you can hear just about everything from the unit above. But that's to be expected. The door lock worked perfectly, but should be noted that when you are locking up to leave condo you need to pull the door in a little so that the bolt can lock. It's not lined up right. I tried two times to lock up when we were heading out for hikes and it wouldn't lock until I realized I had to pull the door in a little so it lined up better.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We even schlepped around G'wood one day acquiring ingredients to make boeuf bourguignon ala Julia Child. Then we prepared it in the condo, not lacking for any equipment.
The bed was perfectly comfortable and the bathroom is roomy and clean.
The living space...the couch reminded us of our own couch with the power recliners! Loads of hooks for coats, hats, skis, etc. A cozy gas wood stove kept us toasty.
This unit is so close to many fabulous places in G' The Bake Shop, La Bodega, Jack Sprat, Sitzmark, day lodge, it's even just a short walk to Girdwood Brewing, and if you want you can walk further down to the old townsite and hit up the Merc for groceries, Chair 5 for the best pepperoni pizza. Or you can drive and not worry about losing your parking spot. It is a private lot and we never had an issue finding a spot if we left. However, about the the listing it mentions returning a parking pass to the office. There is no parking pass. You don't need one. I think that should be removed from the listing as it is confusing and isn't even necessary.
Other than that, when we contacted Vacasa (not the local office, it's sometimes hard to find someone there in the local office) via their "help" email they replied quickly and then sent on a message to the local office, which they then replied promptly with a phone call to explain the parking pass stuff. So, that one little issue was resolved quickly in a round about way.
Overall, great little condo, close to lots of the places you'll want to visit...a quick mile walk to the resort if you want to take a stroll there (we did on Saturday morning when it was pouring down snow, it was fabulous). It's not luxury accommodations but it's comfortable and perfect for visiting Girdwood for a weekend of skiing, hiking, or just kicking back staycation style.

The place is fantastic; newly renovated(besides the shower). They thought about every detail. Hooks for your skis n gear. Plus boots dryer. New furniture, not the old junkie that most places have it. Extremely clean, nice sheets n towels, all decor is new. Easy access to lift. Be prepared to hear all steps from above unit but this is in ALL buildings here in Girdwood. Some live TV would help. I actually didn’t chose this unit, I was moved there while my had a hiccup n wasn’t ready. But I was surprised on how neat this one is. Will definitely book this one for future stays. Perfect Unit

Drove from the Anchorage airport during the evening, so it was so neat to wake up to beautiful mountains right outside the door! The facility was clean and was perfect for our party of 4--two beds were futons on the floor, but very comfortable. (Easy check in and out. )Great hike from the base of the mountain to the restaurant on top with a free ride down on the tram.

Clean, convenient location and great to have a full kitchen with coffee maker, stove/broiler and microwave. I like the key-less entry for coming and going. My only complaint is the noise coming from the unit above. Cheap construction and poorly insulated.

Great location. Very easy access from Anchorage. Loved the tunnel to Whittier and our Glacier trip. Girdwood is a cool spot.
