This Squaw Valley vacation rental at the Resort at Squaw Creek is ready and waiting to make your Lake Tahoe/Squaw Valley adventure one of ultimate comfort! Located at the base of Squaw Valley, this is one destination resort to visit at least once in your lifetime!
This suite is made up of two units at the resort. One room has a classic hotel room-style, with two queen beds and a full bathroom; the other space has a living room, basic kitchen, and a separate bedroom and bathroom. (Please note that upon check-in, the resort will collect a $30 per night, per room resort fee directly from guests; as this is a two-unit suite, the fee will be $60 per night.)
Retire to your suite of rooms after a long day of mountain fun for hot cocoa in front of the fireplace, a home-cooked meal, or just a laid-back evening of cable TV. Everyone will find their perfect spot, including on the sleeper sofa. In the bedroom, you'll find a private flatscreen TV and a lush king bed. Enjoy ample natural light through the large window, and an en suite bathroom.
Additionally, you'll have a separate room for four people with two queen beds and a spacious full bathroom. A perfect set-up for couples traveling together, an extended family, or a large group of friends, these two units provide privacy, yet plenty of space to come together and socialize.
The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, including a dishwasher for afterward. Whip up some Sunday morning pancakes, sandwiches for lunch, or even some pan-seared steaks for dinner! Don't feel like cooking? You'll find something for everyone in your group at Squaw Creek's five restaurants featuring everything from fine dining at Six Peaks Grill to sweet snacks at Sweet Potatoes Deli to a pub fare at Sandy's Pub.
Truly a ski-in, ski-out experience, guests will enjoy easy, hassle-free access to the hill via the resort's private chairlift. Downhill not your thing? The Squaw Valley also has a cross-country ski center with over 400 acres of groomed trails set against the breathtaking stunning Sierra Nevada mountains, perfect for both Nordic skiing and snowshoeing.
If you're visiting in summer, you'll have no problem filling your days with golfing at the resort's 18-hole championship golf course, a guided fly fishing trip, a guided horseback riding tour of the Alpine Meadows, or a hike through the woods. You can also try whitewater rafting on the Truckee River.
Of course, you'll want to bring your bathing suits no matter what time of year it is: Squaw Creek has an amazing year-round outdoor pool and hot tub complex. Whirlpools, a plunge pool, a kiddie pool, and a waterslide will keep all guests feeling young and entertained! If you need to work off your vacation meals, there's also tennis courts and a fitness center. Lake Tahoe is about seven miles away for scenic cruises, beachcombing, and even more dining options in Tahoe City.
No matter the time of year, a stay at this North Lake Tahoe vacation rental will provide your group with cherished memories of Squaw Valley!
