This hotel-styled studio condo is great for guests who will be out and about exploring the beautiful resort of Park City and need a place to lay their heads. In the unit, you can wind down after a busy day by watching a favorite show on the flatscreen TV. The complex also provides a shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center for your pleasure. This studio has an attached unit that is also available for rent, or the two units can be booked together.

You can ski in and out of this complex or walk to the lifts, which is perfect for skiers and snowboarders looking for the shortest commute to the mountain. Although Park City is known for its excellent skiing, there are several things to do after the snow melts. The mountains offer hiking and biking trails, and the condo is only one mile from Park City Golf Course. At any time of year, walk out the door and explore the village, which is full of restaurants, sports rental shops, and more.

Parking Notes: You'll find parking for one car under the condo building. The parking pass is located in the unit. Please use it during your stay and leave it in the unit for the next guests. If the parking permit is not returned, you will get charged $400 to replace it.

Access the 1385 Lowell Ave. parking garage, park on either P1 or P2. If you are parked on level P1, access the elevator around the corner by “ColeSport” and go to level P*. If you are parked on level P2, access the elevator that says “Green Level – P2” and go to level P*.
Exit the elevator, turn right and you will find the building door. Please enter the access code and go all the way down the hallway, through the door at the end of it and across the breezeway. Please access the next building door (right in front) with the access code and take the elevator onto the third floor. Exit the elevator to the right and you will find the unit #308B.
Parking permit is located in the condo, please make sure to hang on car mirror".
