Just out back, you'll find an expansive deck with a view of the woods, an enclosed hot tub area, and a new gas grill, creating the perfect spot for sunny afternoons and starlit evenings. When it's time to turn in, the home offers a primary suite with a private bathroom and direct access to the outdoors on the main floor, plus four more bedrooms upstairs, including one with an en-suite bathroom. Additional amenities include central AC and free WiFi throughout the house.

Sunriver is the perfect vacation destination with paved bike paths, several golf courses, swimming pools, and tennis and basketball courts. Both the SHARC pool complex with free access and the Village at Sunriver are within two-and-a-half miles, and each offers a variety of fun recreation, shopping, and dining. A short walk or bike ride to the end of the street will lead you to a bridge that crosses the Deschutes River, with easy access to miles of trails and roads through the forest for hiking and mountain biking. The Deschutes and the nearby Cascade Lakes provide plenty of opportunities for avid anglers, while Mt. Bachelor awaits skiers and snowboarders 23 miles northwest.

Sunriver has several permanent residents who are not on vacation. We ask that you respect and abide by the good neighbor hours from 10 pm to 7 am. With quiet nights in Sunriver, sounds and voices tend to travel long distances and can disturb other residents and guests. Please do not exceed the max occupancy of 12 and be sure to keep your vehicles parked in the driveway or guest garage.
