Wonderful eclectic house! Lots of room and huge yard! Short walk to beach and wonderful Mexican restaurant right next door.

Unsatisfactory, wasted a day before we got propane, heat & hot water. Had to go out for a hot meal

Wonderful location within walking distance to miles of trails along the shoreline and access to pristine beaches. We loved that the house was fully decorated for Christmas when we arrived. That was a nice touch, a welcome surprise. The house was fully equipped. Very easy check-in and out process. We had many wonderful early morning stroll along the coast line. It was a lovely stay.

We had a great time touring the area. Liked the layout of the house. Kitchen is spacious. The home has a huge yard and is private from neighbors. Convenient location to tour the area.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. It was clean and comfortable. The living areas are spacious and offer places to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was well equipped and large so that several people could work together to prepare meals. A great variety of cooking tools and equipment are stocked in the cupboards. The appliances are new and large capacity.

We enjoyed walking to the beach several times during our stay. Our grandkids loved being able to play at the beach.

The surrounding neighborhood is very quiet; not much traffic on the street in front of the house.

There is a wide variety of activities and services available in Fort Bragg and the Mendocino area.

This home was great for our family vacation.

A group of friends and I (3 couples and 2 solos) stayed in Cleone bliss for 4th of July weekend! The outside of the house is a little dated and when we first drive up thought "what did we get ourselves into"?! But once the door was open, the inside was remodeled and very nice! It felt like we were at the beach! There are two master bedrooms, each with a really nice bathroom attached. One room had a king size bed and the other (although it said Queen) felt like a full size. Then there is a bedroom with a queen bed and one more bedroom with bunk beds. The one with the bunks is also attached to the laundry room/ last bathroom.
The weather was gloomy the whole weekend so we spent a lot of time at the house bbqing, playing basketball and horse shoes. Overall it's a great house to getaway to!

We arrived to find a very spacious 4 bedroom home, very clean and with ample storage (could use an island in the kitchen for food storage). The home is located next to a restrauant, riding staples and within walking distance to the beautiful beach. For the cool mornings their is a shelf starting pellet stove and a nice fountain out front. Lots of poppies surround the small courtyard making a very welcoming entry. Lots of space for children to play and parents to relax and plenty of parking. A beautiful custom made dinning room table will seat 10 for dinner. A very nice family vacation rental for those who would rather not spend there vacation in a tent!

Very nice

Inside was amazing. Shared bathroom and laundry room was a bit odd, but no big deal. Lots of room to roam inside and the master rooms/baths were nuts. Pebble-bottomed rain showers. Very recently renovated. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for a rental and we were able to make some gourmet dinners. Safeway was just a few minutes down the road in Ft Bragg.

Outside: super great location. State park camp ground was 200yds away and the beach was about 600yds away (not counting dune in neighbor's back yard. We experienced gale-force winds the first two days of our stay that blew down the main gate and about 30ft of fence between the property and the Mexican restaurant next door. I would argue the backyard could use maintenance. It was very much a large pasture, which is cool for the morning deer visits but hard for running around, which is a shame since it is a very large area.

Overall this is a rad house that with just a little more effort outside would be a 5-star knock-out. Location can't be beat.

The house is very spacious and fits two families (11 persons total) comfortably. There are two large master bedrooms with a nice window seat each along with remodeled bathrooms. Each bedroom had its own space heater which was nice since we had a chilly February stay. The open floor plan with kitchen next to living room makes family interaction a breeze.
The property is a short walk to the shoreline. We also a chance to listen in a whale watching tour.
The problem is that the rental needs a better cleaning service. One of the master bedroom sheets had stains and hair. It was obviously not clean and disgusting to see when getting ready to settle down to sleep. Luckly they have a washing machine available. There are lots of towels availabile. We couldn't understand why they would have the stained ones presented. There were several dishes stacked in the cabinets with food clumps, so we had to rewash those. Floors were also very dirty. If the house had a better cleaning service, I would give a better rating and recommend.

Overall a nice stay. The house lay out is a little different- there is a bathroom connected to 3 rooms, but the fourth room has to wake others at night if they need to go.
Plenty of bedding, comfortable blankets. Loved the fountain. Very nice showers in the two master bathrooms.
Warning for pet owners- the yard is not fully fenced.

We loved the short walk to the beach, the home was next to a Mexican Restaurant which was very good and the home itself was lovely. Plenty of space for two families with children. Two master bedrooms with private bathrooms was perfect. Kids had there own bathroom. Kitchen is large and had most everything we needed for meals. We will definitely book this home again in the future.

We have rented 10 different vacation homes in the Fort Bragg area and hands down this was one of our favorite. The location is perfect, so close to Fort Bragg and just a few minutes walk to the beach. House is so open and inviting and there was not one thing missing from what we needed; games, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans, blankets, pillows, towels all in abundance. Backyard has a HUGE yard where we played baseball, 3 bikes, sand toys, basketball & net along with huge area to play ball or ride bikes. Beds are so comfortable and I the showers are the best I have been in. Pictures of home do not do it justice on how homey, inviting, and comfortable this house is.

Great Place to stay walking to the beach is great.
Paul S. Jul 2015
Very near the dunes and beach. May want to bring some bath towels for your family. Easy access to Hwy 1. Had to buy a basketball left it there. Brought chairs to sit around water fountain. All in All a very nice place. Be careful regarding the bathroom in the laundry room no door to close for privacy.

We come to Fort Bragg every year for the 4th of July holiday weekend. This is our first house rental here. We enjoyed the location and the spacious house and we will probably rent a house again because we liked the ability for all of us to sit around playing games, etc. .

We had an excellent stay at Cleone Bliss. There were 6 adults, five children and a dog in our party and each one of us agreed it was an excellent weekend! Clean Bliss is as clean and tidy as can be. The home is clearly freshly remodeled and meticulously maintained. The master bathrooms are wonderful~ as well as the suites themselves. There is a small room with bunkbeds that became a great hideout for the kids. The yard was large and became the perfect spot for water gun fights. Every night we walked to the beach a mere 10 minutes way and watched spectacular sunsets. MacKerricher state park is right next door with great hikes and lush trails. The house itself offered many helpful amenities for cooking at home for a large group and there is also a wonderful gas grill available. The beds were comfortable, the spaces roomy, and access to fun is a stones throw away!
