Parking Notes: DIRECTIONS TO PARKING GARAGE FROM 1415 2nd Avenue:
Go South on 2nd to Union Avenue and turn Right.
Turn Right into the first driveway, the Target parking lot.
Pull up to first gate and locate the grey box mounted from the ceiling; hold access card up, through your windshield, facing the box and hold it until the light turns green and the gate opens. Make sure your vehicle is pulled up close enough to the gate/arm that the underground sensor is tripped by the vehicle. Proceed down to Level E and park in space 178.
This is the only authorized parking space for your use. Guests may use the Target public parking. This is a city style, underground parking structure best suited to small cars/smaller SUVs. There is a posted sign for extremely low clearance at the entrance. Follow the Exit sign and the purple arrows to the vestibule for the elevator bay. Swipe access card next to grey box next to the door and enter. Take elevator to floor 17. Locate unit #1707.
Please note: Take your access card with you whenever you leave the condo as you will need it to access various parts of the building. Also, if you were unable to provide vehicle information prior to your arrival, please either contact us or the Newmark Tower concierge with the following information: car make, model, year, color, and license number.
*The parking garage has a height restriction of 6'4" that includes a "no car-top carrier" provision. Please keep this in mind when arranging travel plans.
