This cabin is in a great location but Vacasa was hard to reach when we had issues. They gave us a number to text them from if we needed assistance and they never responded and on top of that the water heater was broken. After a long day of biking and hiking we had to all take freezing cold showers.
Manager response:
We appreciate your review, Ashley. We apologize you did not receive a quick response to your questions due to us being short-staffed after the effects of COVID-19 hit our industry. The property manager and homeowner have checked the water heater and found it working without issue; we are sorry it did not appear to be working well during your stay. We hope to have another chance to impress you in the future!

This home is just that a home away from Home. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights. Has tons of amenities and is super quaint and charming. The bathroom is sparkling clean with recent upgrades, the title floors and carpet is super clean. We were able to grill as well and enjoy both the front and back deck. It is conveniently located between the two ski resorts and only 7 mins from the village. Vons and walgreens are a few blocks away too. cooking in the cabin was as if you were home. cant wait to go back.
