With 300 square feet of living space and every modern amenity you could want, this home is a perfect cozy getaway or a place to come home to after adventuring in North Central Washington. You'll even have two lofts with skylights, allowing you to gaze at the stars on sparkling evenings.
This tiny home sits among the cherry trees of the Bada Bing Orchard on the Columbia River, with the Apple Loop Trail just a short stroll through the orchard. (Be sure to bring your bikes, as this paved trail can be used by both cyclists and walkers.) Peach Beach, a sandy cove just off of the trail, sits a quarter-mile from your door. If you're bringing a boat along, you can launch your watercraft at Lincoln Rock State Park three and a half miles north. And although you'll feel like you're away from it all, this home is only five miles from shops and restaurants in downtown East Wenatchee. Head across the river to Wenatchee for even more shops, delicious eateries, and the Pybus Public Market, or take a day trip to Leavenworth, the Bavarian-inspired village, for brats, brews, charming shops, and river rafting. During the winter months, you can hit the slopes at Mission Ridge just southwest of Wenatchee.

Water Access: On the southwest side of the shed, follow the dirt road heading west through the orchard (walk or ride bikes on this road only). When the road comes to a T, go left. Take a right and you'll see the river and the Apple Loop Trail. Once you get to the paved trail, go left. A sandy beach referred to as "Peach Beach" is about 150 feet ahead once you are on the trail.
