Parking Notes: The new parking policy for the Palms is stating that each guest is allow a maximum of 2 two) vehicles per reservation. The vehicles must be registered and each one should have a parking pass displayed in the front window of each vehicle. The parking passes cost $25.00 each and will be charged to the reservation prior to arrival. The parking passes can be picked up at 4:00 pm in the unit on the day of arrival. If the vehicles are not registered and displaying the Palms parking passes, the vehicles are subject to booting or towing at the Owners of the vehicle cost. Parking is first come first served and there is no assigned parking.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Water Access: You will find the boardwalk directly south of the building that leads to beach access.
