Property was very nice, this beautiful townhome has everything you need for your stay. Great quiet location outside of the hustle & bustle of busy Moab but just minutes from all of the restaurants & stores. A great place to stay if you want to visit Arches & Canyonland National Parks. I would stay her again when visiting Moab.

Very nice condo, close to town and the trails. We had 2 couples and the condo had 2 en-suites so perfect for us. The only problem was, the condo wasn’t ready at check-in. So, after driving for hours, and arriving at 4 pm, we had to sit outside for about an hour and wait for the condo to be cleaned.

we rented this unit along with 9A8. All maps has this is the wrong spot. On different side of the compound. This is a really nice place. Spacious back patio and one in front. Fully stocked kitchen (except a corkscrew). Even the artwork is nice. We may be back.

We were very impressed with how clean this unit was! Everything felt brand new. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and plates. The couch in the living room is like sitting on a cloud. Back porch views were breathtaking. The community pool/hot tub were a bit small and pretty crowded, but that’s expected at this time of year. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here, and would recommend this townhome to anyone visiting Moab!

We stayed only one night and it was perfectly adequate. The fold-out beds (for guests 5 and 6) are surprisingly comfortable. Just a few minor complaints:
- Driving directions are not accurate.
- Stained sheets.
- Stuck bathroom door, noisy plumbing, loud refrigerator, other small quality oversights you would hope not to find in a brand new home.
- Middle of a construction zone.

This place was a perfect location for our family to have outdoor space and conveniently close to Canyonlands and Arches National Park. It was very clean and well supplied with all we needed to have a great stay. We liked that bedrooms were on a different level since people in our group had different sleep schedules. The back patio was perfect size for us to bring a blow up pool for the kids and there was a grill on the front patio. It was handy to have laundry as well since this was just one of our places to stay on our road trip. The price was incredibly reasonable as well.
