Do not be fooled by the pictures, the quality of this unit is extremely sub-par, in fact, I have stayed at nicer Holiday Inns than this place. The bed is either broken, old, or both. When my husband laid down, he sunk almost 3 feet lower than I did when laying on the other side of the bed. There is a giant hole on one side of the mattress, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed and still got a very restless night of sleep. The fireplace is broken, when turned on just leaks gas into the room, we immediately turned it off. The ice machine in the fridge is also broken, doesn't turn on to produce ice. We had the heat set to the max (90*) for the entire night. When I was not in bed under the covers, I was wearing my ski jacket inside. The hallways are filthy dirty within this property and the cleanliness of the unit was "tidy" at best. Found a kleenex under the headboard. The pillows were left on the couch (not the bed?) when we arrived. There were dust bunnies under the nightstands and coffee table. We could not wait to get out of this place the next morning. WOULD NOT recommend booking this property, spend the extra $100 and go next door to the Hyatt. Vacasa can not be trusted to follow through with the quality of properties they claim to provide. Look elsewhere!
Manager response:
We appreciate your feedback, Kevin! We will be discussing the bed with the homeowner and have followed-up with housekeeping regarding your cleanliness concerns. The hallways are older which might give them a slightly dirty appearance, but they are clean. Maintenance is tackling the ice machine, fireplace, and heat. Thank you so much for your review. We hope to see you again!

As a person who stays on the road 80+ nights a year i can say i was very disappointed in our rental. The bed was so uncomfortable my wife and i actually didn't stay the 3rd night. We left at 3pm. Also the room got extremely cold during the night. We set the thermostat on 70 and it was freezing. Not to mention there was a white streak on the red throw pillow. If it wasnt for the beautiful town of Breckenridge we wouldn't be back.

Bad lighting in the room. Bedside lamp did not work. Map of property is poor and hard to follow.

TV didn’t work-repaired by maintenance. Fireplace didn’t work-unable to use.
