Overall, our experience with the suite and property was very positive!
There were however a couple notable issues.
The first was, the stock photo of the suite was not the actual decor of the suite. The suite was still great, having the same number of beds, the same amazing flexibility and amenites, but the decor was different.
The second was, the fact that on the second day of our stay, there was an issue that required the elevator to be shut down, and one member of our party had mobility limitations.
Problems will occur in life. The trick is to deal with them effectively.
This is where the staff of this facility and my Vacasa representative shined VERY brightly! The level of professionalism, and the speed at which they addressed my concerns, regarding my father in law being relegated to our suite because of the out of service elevatior was unreal!
As fast as I could relay info to my family about a solution being worked, my phone was ringing with updates about a developing solution.
Within 30 minutes, a viable solution, that required a move another suite, capable of host all 8 members of my party was found!
This staff is just outstanding, and so was my Vacasa representative! They quickly found a remedy to a potentially vacation ruining issue! In addition, both the Vacasa rep and the Main Street Station staff followed up in the days following to make sure that were well cared for and felt happy with our accommodations.
Although our entire stay was not spent in suite 3403, the suite was perfect for our group of eight people, and EXTREMELY well equipped for our stay!
We loved the venue (Main Street Station).
We loved the location and the view of the Blue River and the Rockies.
The condo was well taken care of.
We would rent this place again, for sure.
Vacassa does a great job!
