The location was perfect for access to all the downtown amenities. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite and helpful. The check-in process only took two minutes, if that. I highly recommend this business.

Furnishings and equipment in the rental were satisfactory. It was comfortable, even without airconditioning during a bit of a heat wave. We didn't have a good service experience the first day; don't know if it is Vacasa's responsibiity or the building's front desk. We were given our keys to the room, but the cleaning people were still finishing up, so there was no time for quality control check. One TV remote wasn't working, which I reported promptly, then followed up an hour later, then followed-up again when we returned from dinner. No show. When I opened the remote, it had no batteries, so I called the front desk and requested batteries. They said they'd send us the batteries. Waited longer again, so I had to go down and follow up: they said they were waiting for someone to come pick them up and deliver them to our rental. After that first day, we decided it wasn't worth calling the front desk number for any help. The owners of this rental should know that their property managers and rental managers are doing them a disservice by this poor quality of customer service. Thank you.

We apologize for the miscommunication regarding the batteries; maintenance went up to your rental to provide the batteries, but they left when they saw the 'do not disturb' sign placed on the door. We have spoken with the front desk about providing batteries as they are available at that location. We hope to see you again!

This condo was very nice and had a wonderful location on Main Street! I was only there for 2 days, but will definitely be back.

The property itself and in a good location. The biggest issue during our stay was the elevator not working most of the visit, We were on the top floor and it was difficult for my wife to go up and down the stairs. No one at the front desk would commit. to when it would be corrected.

The other issue is the lack of AC. It was warm during our stay and it would have been nice to have known this up front.

We really enjoyed this unit and property. The location was superb for getting to the ski lift and is right in the downtown strip. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

When we walked in, this condo looked better than the photos. Loved the easy to turn on fireplace which wasn't only pretty, it actually warmed up the room a little bit. The soaking tub was awesome and much needed after some fun in the snow and really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The building is conveniently located to access all sorts of stuff for the family including yummy food at BLD and easy grab and go treats from Coffee Depot. Would definitely stay here again.
