In a private location, this recently repainted two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhomes main level boasts a living and dining area, well-equipped eat-in kitchen and screened porch, while the second floor is home to a spacious landing, laundry (with full size washer and dryer), full hallway bathroom and all three bedrooms, including the master suite with its own private sundeck. While not available for parking, the garage is carpeted and can be used as a playroom. What's new? Recent updates include new furniture, fixtures, fixtures, curtains, bedding and four new flat-screen TVs (two that allow streaming). *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Parking Notes: PARKING IS LIMITED. One parking permit is issued with the purchase of one or two badges. Two parking permits are available with the purchase of three or more badges. Additional vehicles must be parked off property. Tenants staying in Sea Colony East properties are advised that their vehicles at such properties must not be taller than six feet (including roof-top carriers) so as to fit under buildings. Cars must vacate the Property no later than 10 a.m. on checkout day. CARS IN UNAUTHORIZED SPACES WILL BE TOWED AT THE CAR OWNER’S EXPENSE. Vacasa is not responsible for illegally parked cars.
