Located in a newer section of the Bayside resort community, not far from The Point and Sun Ridge Recreation & Tennis Center, this three-story 7-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home offers great views and is an exceptional base camp for beach adventures for large clans and multiple families. The ground floor features a sitting room, full bathroom and two bedrooms. The second floor offers the main living area, with a well-equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, full hallway bathroom, powder room and two bedrooms. The top floor offers a full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite (with a private bathroom of its own). This facility is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with a sauna and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities, including a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, three outdoor pools, kids' splash zone, on-site snack & tiki bars, fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts.
