Huge 4500sqft oceanside MAS TEQUILA will quench any vacation thirst. The owners have detailed this home to perfection with a full resort furniture and amenity package. MAS TEQUILA is very short walk to subdivision ocean boardwalk. The ground level has extensive concrete parking, 2 carports, 2 outside showers, fish station, under house entry, and an extra-large concrete pool with deck furniture. The first level has a large game room with pool table, dart board, TV/DVD, surround sound stereo, wet bar w/ mini fridge, full sized fridge, and elevator. Bedroom 1 has a queen, 32"TV and is close to full hall bath w/shower. All ceilings in MAS TEQUILA are 9' or better. The second level has 4 bedrooms and laundry nook. Ocean view master bedroom 2 has a king, 32" TV, deck access to hot tub, and bath with shower. Ocean view bedroom 3 has 2 pyramid beds, 32" TV, desk, deck access and shares a jack and jill bath (shower) with west bedroom 4 with queen, 32" TV, and deck access. Bedroom 5 has a king, TV, deck access, and has a handicap friendly bath with shower and additional hall access. The well-furnished third story great room has tall cathedral ceilings, 1/2 bath, fireplace, 50" TV, Blu-ray player and surround sound stereo system.
