Cozy, comfortable, and full of alpine ambience, this charming home in the Blue Lake Springs community of Arnold makes a wonderful home base for your hiking, swimming, skiing, and snowshoeing adventures. Here among the dogwoods and pines, you'll have a private hot tub, fantastic front and back deck space, and a wood-burning stove and a gas firepit to keep you cozy both indoors and out.
This home features all the classic elements of a mountain escape, including a lofty great room with plush carpeting, exposed beams, and a wood stove to warm the living room, dining space, and kitchen. Enjoy a two-sided breakfast bar, a view of the flatscreen TV through the pass-through window, and every essential appliance in the kitchen, as well as a six-person dining table next to the sliding glass doors, which can be opened to let in the fragrant mountain air. Those doors lead outside to the decks - one that wraps around the house, offering a hot tub, a gas grill, and seating for both dining and lounging, and another just up the hillside out back with a gas firepit and space to dine and relax among the trees. At night, as the day's clothes spin in the washer/dryer, you can retreat to one of the three bedrooms - two on the main floor and one upstairs - or the fun-filled loft that's ideal for kids, offering four twin beds, a TV, and a foosball table.
This home enjoys a tranquil woodland setting in Blue Lake Springs, a community of Arnold with HOA amenities that include a community swimming pool, a tennis court, and two lakes (that are available to you for a daily fee).
