There's free WiFi, central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway) to make your stay all the easier.
The sleeping space is spread out across three floors. On the first level, you'll find the main bedroom suite with a king bed and a private bathroom, as well as an additional full bathroom off the laundry room. On the second floor are a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom that share a full bathroom, a bedroom with two twins, another queen bedroom, and another full bathroom. The third floor features a sixth bedroom with a king bed, a seventh bedroom with two twins, and one more full bathroom.
The Salt Pond is a quiet little paradise just a short drive or bike ride from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and activities that include live music and movies in the evenings throughout the summer. You'll also have access to an outdoor pool (in the summer only), an indoor pool and hot tub (not available in the summer), a fitness center (fees apply), tennis courts, and an 18-hole golf course. Fishing is also permitted in ponds not affiliated with the golf course.

To access the pool, you must have a photo ID. You will need to purchase an amenity card for $40 per person per week for persons 16 and older. People under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult. Reservations to use the pool are required.
*Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking Notes: There are four parking spaces available in the garage and driveway. Trailers and RV's are not permitted to be parked at residence. Off street parking is prohibited. Excess vehicles may park at the clubhouse after providing the property management office with the license plates of the vehicles that will be parked there.
Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires an unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
