Clean and neat for the space - brought my two girls who loved the loft beds. I slept in the pull out - which was "ok" considering it was a pull out. Very hot week, the fans provided were super helpful.

Teen daughter and I enjoyed our 3 day weekend. Perfect size for two. Kitchen well appointed. Entrance door in internal covered area with all lights burned out and pitch black in mid-day. Hard to see to enter door password. Caught the office before they closed, and maintenance team got new lightbulbs installed in no time flat. One drawback—no AC (I called and the online rep said she saw a control panel by back door (just a temperature monitor), and assured me there was AC. Unfortunately the beds were up in hot loft area. Two portable fans provided on main level, but didn’t provide any relief up in loft, and screen missing on loft window, so couldn’t open with the bugs.

Its a cute little place, Great for a couple or couple with small kids

My teenage daughter and I spend the weekend in this great little condo. It was perfect for our needs. The thing that might need attention is the white fan in the closet and the knives. We plugged in the fan and it made the worst noise ever. Thankfully there was a smaller one that worked just fine. But I would suggest just getting rid of that bigger white one. The knives all could use a sharpening. But aside from that we really enjoyed ourselves. We used the CD player for a special program that we did and it was amazing that it was hooked up to speakers so that we could hear without having to be on top of the CD player. We loved the fireplace. The beds and couches are comfy. The whole place was very clean and put us at ease.

Perfect & easy.

This is a modest little apartment for 3 to 4 persons. Kitchen is well equipped will cookery and dishes, oven and stove works well. Ventilation is poor even though heating works well. They even have plenty of toys to keep the girls busy - which is pleasantly surprising.
Not far from amenities. Quite stay. We are happy.

This was a true studio apartment. Well supplied but no dishwasher. My daughter and I stayed for the eclipse and we each used the futons on the half floor. Not much privacy but we made it work!

I would stay again but only if I could get a unit with air conditioning. It was very clean and comfortable, once it cooled off. We were there for a family reunion in a large house by the golf course so we were only here at night to sleep and in the morning to dress.

My two friends and I came over for the Pac crest sports festival ..we loved the location! We could walk to the start of our race and not have to fight traffic! Also..the private need to fight the crowds at the sharc!! We will be back!!!

I wish I had booked it for an extra day. Plan to make this an annual stay.
Fully furnished with all the comforts of home.
This tiny but cozy condo is full of light. We enjoyed our stay here since it's very quiet but close enough to restaurants and shops within walking distance. If you're planning to use the kitchen, you need to bring along all your groceries, from coffee, salt and a sponge to do the dishes, I had to get all the basics and all the food at the local supermarket and it was expensive.

Nice time weather great

This studio condo has a very comfortable and clean livingroom, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking as well. The loft with futons is funky, but worked fine for us. We slept well and overall enjoyed the unusual space. Though if someone has any mobility issues (even minor) I would think they would need to use the hide-a-bed instead as the steps and climbing in and out of the beds requires a little finesse. It is great for 2 and fine for a family of 4 if you like togetherness! And the price is right.

My husband and I stayed for a week in January 2017. Pros: Heating system had no difficulty keeping up with very cold weather. It was a very cold week (temps below zero most days). The s ofas comfortable and in good shape. Internet service was good. The kitchen had all the utensils, pans, baking dishes etc. that we needed. We thought the futons in the sleeping loft were comfortable, but they're probably not for everyone. We had no issues with noise at all. If you want to be in the heart of Sunriver, this will not work well for you. We were fine with the location. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
Cons: This unit will not be for everyone. Linoleum and cabinetry are dated. Grout around the shower door has mildew growing in it & should be replaced. I think the unit is really sized better for just two people. I'd go crazy with more people in it. Some people will not like the steep stairs to the sleeping loft. Most importantly, there is no place to unpack. The unit has no closets. There are two sizable and attractive wardrobes, but they are already mostly filled up with cleaning supplies and extra linens. We had to store most of our gear and clothing under the desk all week. The living area never looked tidy because of this. During a week's stay this got old. The TV is really not good; a shame during football playoffs and college bowl week. We would stay here again IF the storage issue was resolved and the TV was replaced.
Manager response:
It’s great to hear that you were able to enjoy your week long stay in Sunriver! Our local operations manager was able to visit the home and inspect your concerns. We have scheduled for the grout to be replaced. This is a true studio apartment, which can cause limited space. Since there are no closets in the floorplan of this home, the linens and cleaning supplied are stored in the wardrobe. The TV is a new flat screen that is HD capable. We hope to have you back soon!

The sleeping and bed arrangements were terrible
Certainly could use A/C

Stayed here with two girlfriends for a weekend trip. The size was perfect, and although a little outside of the main Sunriver Resort area, it was less than five minutes drive. It was very quiet and maintained. There were some games and activities provided in the unit, which came in handy! Full size fridge and stocked kitchen were great.

I had emailed before our arrival (family of four) about the amenities in the property with no reponse, so for future guests, I will fill you in on what I learned. For a family of four, quarters are very tight. It is more suited for two. In the plus side, the place is well stocked with pillows, blankets, a full kitchen with spices. There are two full sized (for two adults) futons mattresses in the top loft area, and a pull out couch bed below. This will fit two small children together. There is no AC, but if you keep it closed up, the house cools in the evening and lingers through the day. There is a great pool/jacuzzi for swimming and a laundry facility attached to the pool area.l since the unit does not have laundry inside. The grounds are quiet, well maintained and an easy walk to just about anything. Overall, a good stay and we would consider it again.
Carol L. Jul 2016
Cozy little place. The futons in the mini loft were comfortable. Location is across century drive from the main Sunriver village mall but close and easy access to everything.
Rory T. Jun 2016
We visited for a tennis tournament. The property was very convenient and everything was there that we needed.
