Bright, modern home with private hot tub - central location, free SHARC access!

This comfortable Sunriver home will make the whole family feel welcome. With a private hot tub you will have a vacation to remember!

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, conveniently between SHARC (eight passes are provided) and the Village at Sunriver, you'll have easy access to the best amenities at the resort.

Inside, the home is modern and bright with natural wood floors and plenty of natural light, and new touches - like new light fixtures and bedding - create a nice, homey feel.

Settle into one of the comfy couches in the living room and adjust to the leisurely pace of vacation. There's a 60" cable TV here for watching DVD's, a stereo to play music, and a gas fireplace will make you feel cozy in winter and on cool summer nights.

The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room, so you'll be able to cook and socialize at the same time. Four stools at the counter allow for closer company, and a dishwasher makes clean-up quick and easy. A picnic-style wooden dining table will fit six (two more with chairs pulled up to the ends) so everyone can enjoy a meal together.

Outside is a long deck looking out on high desert wildlife - smell the pine in the air and listen to the serenades of mountain chickadees. Patio furniture allows for easy relaxing, and you might want to fire up the gas grill to cook something delicious. A private hot tub is perfect for stargazing on clear nights.

There are three bedrooms and two full baths in this single-story house, making it suitable for up to eight guests of all ages. One bedroom has a queen bed and another has two sets of twin bunks (four total). The master suite features a king bed, a 50" TV, access to outside via sliding glass doors, and a full private bath with dual sinks. The second full bath can be found in the hallway.

A washer/dryer is in the laundry room and WiFi is available for your convenience. Be sure to make use of the bicycles in the garage with over 30 miles of bike paths throughout the area. You'll also have access to the pools, hot tubs, water slides, lazy river, and more at SHARC!

This home is perfect for a family getaway or reunion. Sunriver is a favorite destination in Central Oregon, and for good reason - you can kayak, canoe, or float down the Deschutes River, go horseback riding at the stables two miles away, and play golf on two different championship courses! The Nature Center and Observatory, just over a mile away houses majestic birds of prey and you can view the stars through giant telescopes on certain nights.

Some fun destinations just outside of Sunriver include the Lava River Cave just a few miles north on Cottonwood and Benham Falls Trail for gorgeous summer hiking next to Class VI rapids! If the water draws your attention, consider a guided rafting trip through Sun Country Tours (you'll go on smaller rapids). For a slightly longer drive, head south 30 miles to Paulina Lake for an amazing volcanic lake with stunning views.

In the winter make the 24-mile drive to hit the slopes of Mt. Bachelor, and come back to the Village at Sunriver to unwind with a tasty local beer at the Village Bar & Grill. There's a number of small shops to browse here, as well as a grocery store for any last-minute ingredients you might need for that family dinner.

Whatever you desire in your Central Oregon vacation, this home in Sunriver places you in the middle of it all to make anything possible!

This home was the perfect layout for our family. The one story, open floor plan was perfect to keep an eye on our two year old while making dinner. It was spacious enough so she was able to have her own room while we stayed in the Master suite. We loved that we could walk to the SHARC and took advantage of those passes, too. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for a group of 4-8. Ideal location and well appointed.

We went with our 2 yr old son and my parents. The layout was great for that, as two of the bedrooms are on one side of the house and one on the other. And it's literally two blocks from the SHARC. The house was very well lit with high ceilings and had all the things we needed. Only downside was the queen mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that, we LOVED our stay here.

We have stayed in this unit for many years. Very convenient to the village and Sharc (8 passes provided). Comfortable beds (1 king, 1 queen, two bunk beds.) Our grandkids want to keep returning. Cable TV and internet in all rooms. Several bikes in the garage. Pillows on master bedroom are not very supportive, but otherwise top notch. The hot and cold water are reversed in master shower/tub. If someone runs water in another room, shower temperature can change suddenly. Cost has risen considerably with new owners, but we still plan to come in the future.

Great location but hot tub was broken all week, super disappointed. No wine glasses or coffee filters. Liked that TVs were in all rooms, bed were only ok.
Manager response:
We have compensated this guest for the lack of hot tub and have been able to replace the mother board so it is working again. We have also replaced the wine glasses. Thank you!

The recent upgrades to the 2 main bedrooms are wonderful! Very comfortable beds. Love being so close to the village and SHARC, yet feels secluded. We love biking and walking and soaking in the hot tub. We will stay here again!

Great house for a family vacation. Conveniently located near the village. Only 30 minutes to Mt Bachelor!

This is our 3rd time staying at this house. The location is fantastic. Short walk to both the SHARC and the Village. Located right on a bike trail for easy access. It was also nice the house is on a generally flat circle road so the kids could ride their bikes/scooters (great for our younger two). The house has some nice upgrades since our last stay 2 years ago: new TV in family room, new TV in master, and TVs added to the other two guest rooms. Only complaint is the master king bed. Both my wife and I have gotten sore backs with each stay. The hot tub helps to loosen up them up! We love the location and house overall. Replacing the master mattress would make it perfect.

Enjoy the central location of this unit with easy walking access to the Village shops and biking trails. House is very clean and convenient floor plan

This house is incredibly close to both SHARC and the Village so biking with little kids is very easy. The layout is great in that the master is on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms and the open living/kitchen are nice. Bathrooms could stand to be updated and the bike selection in the garage was not great (had to rent two).

Clean, close to SHARC and village. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great vacation in Sunriver. This house was great for our family. It was a short walk to the Village and the Sharc. The trails were accessible out our back door. I would recommend the location for a family trip.

Our vacation was great, the house was perfect for our family of 5 and it had everything that we needed.

We loved the house! The hot tub was perfect and we used the Sharc passes everyday, sometimes twice a day! I was pleasantly surprised to find a bedrail for the bunk bed room and a play pen. Wonderful house! We will definitely come again.

I'm a mold sensitive person, and this house worked great for me.

This is the third year we've stayed at Sun River for business/pleasure. This location is definitely our favorite! It's a nice walk or bike ride to the amenities in the Village or at SHARC.

Although the home is older like all of the homes in the area, it is wonderfully maintained and impeccably clean.

We will definitely stay here again.

Overall, we had a great time in Sunriver and really enjoyed staying at this house. You can't beat the proximity (less than 5 min bike ride) to the Village for food/drink, coffee, entertainment, shopping, etc and to the SHARC. We really enjoyed sitting in the driveway and watching the kiddos ride bikes and play with sidewalk chalk in the cul-de-sac, as well as watching the sunset while hanging out in the hot tub. It was fairly cold when we went, so we skipped the pool and spent a lot of time at the renovated Fort Rock Park, which our kiddos love. We even rented pickle ball paddles and spent countless hours playing in our own pickle ball tournament. Great fun for both adults and kiddos! Also, I really appreciated that there was a washer & dryer in the house to wash all of the dusty/dirty park clothes. Our family of 4 went with another family of 4 for a long weekend, and while we all technically fit in the house (sleeping quarters), it was somewhat of a tight squeeze at 1600 sq ft. The kitchen is very small with not enough counter space to prep food, there is no pantry to store the food you brought, and there is really no extra space for the kiddos to play/hang out in aside from the sleeping rooms. If the weather is nice, this isn't a problem because the kids will be outside. But, unfortunately, we got a day or two of rain so we were all somewhat cooped up inside. Another bummer was the fact that there were no passes to the SHARC with this rental.

Wonderful experience !!!

Really appreciated the large screen TV for watching the Olympics and the abundance of towels for a R&R after a day of adventure!

This place is a great place for a family of our size. We brought 4 kids, my wife and I, and my mother in law, and we had plenty of room. The location is great for families wanting to enjoy the SHARC or the village, and it's not too far from the stables. Overall it was an excellent place. It could be updated, but with our crew, I'm okay with older so I don't have to worry about expensive things!!

As is usual, our stay seemed to short. We truly love the area.
