Located on the 15th hole of the golf course, this condo is in the center of everything - SHARC is less than a quarter-mile away, the Village at Sunriver is half a mile away, and the bike path is right outside the door. And with a universal electric vehicle charger (a 40 amp Level 2 charger equipped with a J1772 plug) in the garage, you'll never have to worry about how to get around.
The space is warm and comfortable, with a new air purifying system and a gas fireplace to radiate heat throughout the living room. Enjoy it from the couch or the recliner, where you may be relaxing or watching a DVD on the flatscreen TV. You can always stream something over WiFi to strike your fancy.

our family had 3 condos renter in this complex and #33 was the best of all of them. It is nicely appointed with everything we needed and more. Plus it was CLEAN. One tiny thing that was a miss was that the sliding glass screen door was torn, but it didn't hamper our stay.

It was 150’ from family Pole House so it was like adding two bedrooms and another kitchen on. Gave desperately needed separation at night accommodating 3 generation of needs. Great yard space for family games at night. Been doing SR for over 40 years and this has been our best year yet. Didn’t use SHARK once although it was available to us.

Loved the location to the Village. Also, this is a very clean and updated condo... very comfortable. There are two reasons that I did not rate it five stars, which may not matter to some.
1. Open loft, so no privacy for what is the Master Bedroom.
2. Don't like the evening sun in my face. Prefer evening shade.

Bathroom upstairs where the king bed was located was very small. The towels and washcloths were very rough and scratchy. A good fabric softener would have been nice.

Excellent location, convenient to Sharc and the Village. The property could have been very nice except for the dirty, stained carpet and the wicked stairs to the second level. The furnace was so loud that it woke us up during the night when it turned on.

Blankets appeared to be well worn and needed to be replaced.
Wouldn’t stay there again. Very disappointed but the property did have some positives.

This was the perfect spot for our August getaway with our family of 4. The golf course was a peaceful view, lush green grass for our kids to play on during the day. Nice neighbors around us too. We had the shortest walk to the village and an even shorter walk to the sharc. With which the sharc passes came in handy a few times. We want to stay here again. The condo was updated and clean. Had everything you’d need for a vacation home.

We went earlier this week and it was quite peaceful-not a ton of people around. That made things even more relaxing. We have stayed at this condo before, but the recent updates to the kitchen were amazing! We loved the open access to the living room and the breakfast bar seating. The flooring and bathrooms have also been updated. The shower upstairs is a very nice improvement. The condo is well stocked and in a great location to everything in Sunriver. It is a dog-friendly unit, so there was a slight "doggy" smell that lingered. (We do not own dogs, but knew this was a possibility going in!) We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends and any couples looking for a getaway.

This is a repeat for us. We stayed here last year for our family vacation, and when we were searching for a place again this year, we specifically sought this unit. We are a small family of 3 and a dog, and it's absolutely perfect for us. Walking distance to SHARC and village; open view of the beautiful green golf course, a place for our dog to run around. It's maintained beautifully and clean. We saw some updates to the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. It was great even without those upgrades last year but made it even better this year. I’ve been very fortunate in the last 25+ yrs to have traveled all over the world for both work and pleasure. Over the last 6 yrs, my son has traveled too. Every year, we choose Sunriver to pass a short vacation. Sunriver is close to home and allows us to escape the city to do all the outdoor activities we enjoy; biking, golfing, skiing, hiking, kayaking, etc.. Over the years, we have been so fortunate to be welcomed and sent off warmly by all of our hosts who have opened their home to vacationers even if they weren’t present. In fact, we have built a top 4-star guest rating from all of our hosts through the travel sites we have used due to the excellent condition we leave our rentals, continued communication and mutual etiquette. However, this trip we felt was a bit different.
The owners of this home happen to be two doors down the first days we were here even though a property management place runs the condo. Instead of a warm welcome, we felt or it appeared they were skeptical, dubious and very reserved (my son’s words) without pretext. We were there for four days and our first day, the owners said they had to “measure” something inside the house. The second day, they needed to “put things in storage.” Their conversation was repetitive with continued comments of their “recent” remodel, that they “allow” dogs because they have one of their own and how important dog clean up was. We had brought our Golden Retriever with us. I couldn’t imagine never not cleaning up after my well-behaved dog and had to laugh internally, (the owners not knowing that I’m currently running a neighborhood campaign on irresponsible dog owners.) Though paying an overpriced $200++ per night for this place, yet had nothing to hide, I let the owners come in at will to do what they needed to do without being present. It was odd overall. It put a definite mood and damper on our stay where the home actually no longer became a place of warmth and comfort, but rather a place we were looking forward to leaving. Upon the owner’s departure on our 2nd day and our brief interaction with them, there was no “enjoy your stay, thank you or come back soon.”
A tip to the owners: The attention you show to your guests matters more than the house, the amenities, place or the plans people have. You don’t have to be “friends” or have in depth conversations, but there is a way to treat a “customer” and the difference between “great” host to just having a “rental.”
Positive: The 1990’s décor condo is in a great location in Sunriver. It was clean and organized. It was well equipped with all. Perhaps, leave a cupboard open for guests to store food and it would be nice to have seen a toilet brush
We are very sorry to see these guests felt they were not cared for by the owners, and the owners are very apologetic about the situation. This has never been a problem at this condo before, and we want to assure our future guests they will not be disturbed by the homeowner during their visit. Thank you!

I stayed for four nights with my daughter and found the condo to be very adequate and comfortable for the two of us. It is suitable for single people, couples (up two two couples because there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms) or a couple with up to two children. We had friends for dinner and the table space was more than adequate for the six of us. The kitchen, although small, is fine for quick food preparation during a vacation period. The surprising thing was how well stocked with utensils, china, glasses, silver ware, pots, pans, bowls, coffee makers (3 different ones), blender, etc. This is certainly an exception in the vacation rental market. I assume the owners may us this condo from time to time. Location is very convenient too. On the one hand, the condo has a very nice open view of the golf course, and at the same time it is close (200 yards?) to the aquatic center and 5 minutes by car to the Village. I found that to be very convenient. I am planning to return as soon as the snow is good in the mountains.

We had a wonderful Christmas in this small, sweet, cozy condo. We enjoyed gazing out across the meadow, reading, and listening to music while sitting in front of the glowing gas fireplace. The Mt View condos are in a great setting overlooking the 15th fairway of the Meadows course. With SHARC located across the road access is easy, yet we really never heard much noise from the crowds. The village is a short walk or bike ride away, and the bike trails are a very easy entry from the condos. There were just the two of us, so we had plenty of room, although the unit says it can sleep six, we think that would be tight quarters with that many. The kitchen is well stocked but very tight layout to access fridge and dishwasher! This unit welcomes pets which worked against us initially, smelling of dog, but Fabessze did the trick and did not hamper our stay.

We stayed at Mountain View 33 for five nights in June. We had a wonderful time and we highly recommend this property.
For two people it was perfect. The property is dog friendly.
The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you need.
The beds are comfortable.
You are close enough to the SHARC (Sunriver Homeowner's Association Recreational Center) that you can walk there in a couple of minutes.
We enjoyed sitting on the deck. The condo is on the golf course so we had a nice open view. We brought our telescope and the stargazing was great!
There is a garage so you can store your bicycles and equipment in the garage. There are bicycles in the garage for guest use. We have our own bikes so we did not need them.
