Full house for us! 5 adults and 5 small crazy energetic kiddos, plenty of room for indoor (raining) and outdoor activities. Love this house! Super close to the golf course and town! Fully stocked with the essentials too!!! Will definitely be back!!!
House was large, we had 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone.
We loved that the house has lots of space and toys for the kids. Great views
This home was amazing. They had everything you could possible need. Games for kids, sleds, and even firewood.
The home had a well equipped kitchen, plenty of bath towels, and cleaning supplies. The beds were super cozy!
This home was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We had a full house with 8 people and everyone had plenty of room. The living areas are huge, and there are gorgeous views out of every window. Looking forward to coming back!
This house is better in person! The views are spectacular and the home has all the amenities. There is no cable but we weren't there to watch TV!
Location convenient to both Estes Park and RMNP. Thermostat would not adjust from cooling to heating when following instructions in provided manual but property manager was prompt about resolving the issue. This was my second time staying at the property.
It was a quick 2 night stay, but was a cute home and exactly what we needed. Plenty of space with nice views! Great value!
the wildlife and the scenery
Roomy, clean, quiet and wonderful views. Close enough to E.P. for an easy commute but far enough away to not feel like we were in the middle of the tourist traffic. Great out door space for wildlife and star gazing. Nots single negative, except keeping this a secret so in the future we're not competing with others for our next reservation.

House was gorgeous. So quite and peaceful.
We loved the location - close to hiking trails. We loved the view-mountains all around. We loved the accommodations -- great open space, lots of games/puzzles for everyone.
Beautiful home with plenty of space. Close to downtown Estes! The only minor thing was is our group could not figure out was hot to turn the tv on. I believe the house was advertised as no cable however there were plenty of vhs/DVD's so I would assume the tv would work.
Not too big of a deal as there is so much to do and see in Estes Park.
Communication was good. I would stay here again!!
We loved our stay at the cabin. Super clean and well-equipped. Great kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you!
Blue Raven was a great place to base our vacation from in Estes Park. The house has everything you needed to feel like you are right at home. We also enjoyed our daily visits from the local elk and deer, quite an exciting experience. We would highly recommend this house.
This was a beautiful, comfortable home for our stay in Estes Park. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 babies and there was plenty of room for all of us. The home is well taken care of with beautiful decor and many windows allowing for viewing of the pretty mountainous landscape outdoors. There is a wonderful back deck which wraps around to the front so you can take in the scenery and watch for wildlife. There were puzzles, games and toys which came in handy. There was a quite large tv with many dvd selections. We LOVED our stay here, hated to leave, and would highly recommend this home to all!
Super spacious and comfortable
We had an excellent time. It was just as the pictures showed. Very clean, very pretty, they had a guest book with instruction for everything in the house and broshures for fun thing to do too. Would highly recommend this Cabin !!
Great place to hang out with family and enjoy time together.
Loved our stay at the Blue Raven
The Blue Raven was perfect and affordable for our group of 6. The house is extremely spacious and allowed room for everyone to be together. The open floor plan is great as well. The deck is a great place to sip hot cocoa during the evenings and to look at the amazing stars that you can see from Estes. Short drive to RMNP and downtown Estes. Beautiful place, can't wait to come back!
My husband and I stayed for over a week with our adult daughter. We are considering staying here again for a future visit with both our adult children. The common spaces are spacious and comfortable and there are sufficient bedrooms, den for privacy when needed. The large kitchen is well stocked with everything for making meals at home and along with laundry room, saved us money and time. The location is convenient to both town and RMNP. The area was beautiful on a snow day. Mule deer grazed in the yard and an elk herd walked down the street.
The house is spacious and well appointed. We especially liked the artwork, including the Gorman and O'Keefe prints. It was spotlessly clean and the area was quiet.
We have stayed in Estes Park about 8 times all renting houses. This was the first time using Vacasa. We had a great time at this very nice home. It was well maintained and stocked with all that we could have needed. There was deer all around each day, Everything there was as the photos showed. We did not have a fire in the fire place. but there was only enough wood for one fire so you might want to bring some along. We would stay at Blue Raven again. Awesome place.

The area is beautiful home is in good location and nicely cleaned everyone I came in contact in town were wonderful I love this town and park
My spouse and 4 adult children stayed here and it was perfect. Enough room for everyone. Fantastic views. Will come back again next year!
While we were there, the main road to the property was being repaired. This tended to be quite noisy during working hours if you wanted to sit on the deck. Also, the road was down to one lane on a couple of occasions causing us to wait several minutes. Another downer was the power lines that were on each side of the house which interfered with an otherwise beautiful view from the deck.
The house was equipped with everything you need for cooking and had a dish washer and washer/dryer. The living room did get a little warm in the afternoons
and it would have benefitted from a better fan. Evenings cooled off so this wasn't a big deal. The mattresses in two of the bedrooms were old and could use replacement.
The house is amazing. Great location and very well-stocked for dishes, linens, etc. lots of toys and games for kids. The deck is great. We enjoyed seeing mule deer every morning while we enjoyed our coffee on the deck. The fireplace made for a relaxing night evening.
Nice property and well maintained. Had all that we needed (although a king bed would be an awesome addition)
Highly recommend this property!
Was pleasantly surprised with how nIce this home was. Due to issues with another rental agency we booked this home on very short notice and couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations & service we received. The home was spacious, comfortable and well furnished including spare binoculars, like new appliances and many games & puzzles to enjoy. The home is in a neighborhood but was not a problem. There is some road construction being done nearby but wasn't too disruptive.
We thoroughly enjoyed the area & RMNP. We were even lucky enough to wake to elk in the backyard one morning. In the park we saw elk, deer, 3 black bears (momma & 2 cubs), long horn sheep & many birds. We also saw a momma owl & her two babies on the cliff wall in the parking lot next to the library. We can't wait to come back & visit again.
This was our first time in Estes Park. The home was very clean and well stocked. Everything we needed and more. Lots of room and the beds were very comfortable. Great location...5-10 min to downtown and 10-15 min to RMNP. The elk grazed in the backyard! Great views from front and back of house. We will stay here again in the future!
Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Estes! The house was spotless and we loved the wood burning fireplace. Would recommend it to anyone!
Fantastic place. Comfortable, clean and well appointed. Will stay here again.
Loved our stay here! Property was very clean and it was very well outfitted with all sorts of games, puzzles and toys for our small ones which made our stay that much easier to keep them entertained. Overall enjoyed the whole experience!
Would rent this home again. Great area within 7 minutes of downtown Estes. Both Elk and Mule deer greeted us in the yard in the mornings.
A great place for a group, most importantly it was clean. Great deck/porch. Living area was huge. Bring your own firewood!
Beautiful home....beautiful furnishings and decor....saw deer from every window one morning.....spacious. ...only complaint is no cable bit we were aware of that
easy place to find and not too far outta town
We spent a week here getting ready for and enjoying my daughter's wedding in Estes Park. It was a great place for the bridesmaids to get ready on the day of the wedding. The house is in town but away from all the traffic and craziness of Estes.
We prefer to stay within walking distance of town but decided to try outside of town for the space. The open floor plan was nice for young children. Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was so helpful.
We enjoyed the whole experience it was great
Overall, a great place to stay, convenient, well appointed, quiet.
Great time of the year to visit Estes Park.
We were pleased with our stay. Definitely will come back again.
We had an excellent stay at the Blue Raven!
The only negative item during our stay was that there was leftover bleach in the washer (which we were unable to recognize) which resulted in a few clothing items that were ruined. We contacted Meghan at Vacasa, and she was very understanding of the situation. She reimbursed us two-fold for the amount of the clothes. That was an extremely nice gesture!
Overall, a very beautiful home and excellent stay!
We spent a lovely two nights here. The house was spacious, clean and well furnished. We especially liked that the house was kid friendly and was furnished with games and toys for children of various ages. We had a five year and a one and a half year old with us and they were enjoyed the play materials available. We spent time in the backyard playing ball as well as enjoying indoor games. The highlight for the 5 year old was watching an elk eating bushes as the house next door.
The cabin was very well organized, clean, spacious and had all the necessary amenities. It had beautiful interior decorations too! Loved the paintings on the wall. The view from the windows and the patio was pretty amazing. I would love to stay again at this property when I visit Estes Park.
