What's nearby: Located in quiet, residential Rim Village, the house is six miles to the southeast of Moab. Beat the heat in the Colorado River, or book a rafting trip. Bring along a camera to capture the beauty of the park's signature arches, like the enormous Delicate Arch and the thinner Landscape Arch. This place was fantastic! I had such an incredible time, I can't recommend this place enough. Sat next to the cozy fireplace and sipped coffee while looking out at the spectacular view of the La Sal Mountains and surrounding red rock valley walls. Great BBQ/walled in porch area. Incredibly clean. Little to no traffic on the adjacent road and was really quite. 2 minute walk to the pool/hot tub area. You will absolutely love staying at T2!

The condo we stayed in was great. The property is several miles outside of Moab but it was very quiet and there is not much traffic. If you have children, there are playgrounds and it is quiet enough they can ride bicycles on the street. The view from the area are great. The only negative was that whoever manages the property has set up a recycling area for cans and bottles and then the contents are simply dumped into the trash dumpster when the bins are full.

This is the second time we stayed at unit T2. The condo is clean & comfortable with a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and all the amenities you need.. We particularly liked having a washer/dryer available and a good sized dining room.
