This multi-level home for 10 is surrounded by the sweeping vista of the Spanish Valley, with the quaint town of Moab just six miles away. Of course, you may not feel the urge to take the cars out of the two-car garage much, as you're surrounded by amenities like tennis and basketball courts, a shared pool (available April through October) and hot tub, and your very own private patio from which to enjoy it all.
Vaulted ceilings accentuate this home's spaciousness, and go well with the bright white colors on the walls and darker browns on the charming furniture and decorative touches like metal artwork hanging on the walls.
The living room's large sofa and two armchairs make it easy to kick back, whether it's to read a good book, warm up by the fireplace, or plan something fun for the kids on the WiFi. Don't worry about falling behind on your favorite shows - the room's flatscreen TV has a great cable package!
You have plenty of options when it comes to taking meals together, from the indoor table for six, the nearby breakfast bar for four, or a table for four on the patio with a gas grill. Regardless of where you enjoy your food, you're sure to love meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, with a wide selection of basic appliances and extras like a dishwasher.
Between three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, up to 10 lucky guests can stay in this townhome. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a generous queen, and the third has two twins that are perfect for kids. The loft upstairs rounds out the sleeping options with a queen-size air mattress and double-size futon. This home also includes a private washer and dryer!
When you're not enjoying a dip in the seasonal pool or a game of tennis, you can hit the road and explore! Moab's shopping and dining options are just six miles north, but the real attractions are the wide variety of natural parks, all within 35 miles of your home. From Arches and Canyonlands to Dead Horse and the La Sal Mountains, there's no shortage of stunning natural beauty for you to admire with your friends and loved ones. We stay in these condos every year but the first time in this one. We were able to sleep 8 comfortably. Had everything we needed in the house. Would be nice to have a hair dryer and extra dish washing pods. Great location, quiet. All around very nice place!
Great place for a large family to stay across from all the amenities. Washer and dryer very convenient. When needed something, received it that day so very responsive. Would have been nice to have had the garage code and more plates/bowls/cups. Also air mattress upstairs needs to be replaced. It blows up initially but deflates throughout the night. Overall, highly recommend!
We are sorry to read about this air mattress and wish the guests had reached out. It is a new one, so we will be looking for and patching any holes. There are the correct amount of dishes in the home for the maximum occupancy. Thank you!
Very clean. Nice we were close to the pool. Are only concern was we rented it for 10 people but we could only sleep eight. We looked for a couple of roll away beds but we could not find any. We had to go borrow a queen size air mattress but things worked out ok.
Nice location across from pool and playground.
We enjoyed our stay in this very nice and welcoming house. It was perfectly located close to the pool and basketball/tennis court. Everything was labeled and the house was very clean. My family and I had a great time.
Although we did not get in until late the night of our stay, the place was immaculate, spacious, great amenities, pool and hot tub and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
We have stayed in this complex 4 times. Most of the units are comfortable and decorated about average. This unit has mattresses that are just OK and won’t be very comfortable for much longer. The unit has new carpet and tile and was very clean.
A nice hot shower after camping in the snow and skiing into a yurt in the LaSalles.
We enjoyed the home. It was right across from a playground and basketball courts, very nice for the kids. The only complaint would be that there isn’t enough beds or dishes to accommodate 10 guests. So if there are more than 8, I’d recommend an air mattress and sleeping bags. Other than that, the house very nice and we enjoyed our time there! If I was going in a smaller group, I would definately consider this home again.
Clean, comfortable unit. Convenient to biking, hiking and restaurants.

Loved it! Nestled among beautiful surroundings. Loved the adobe style, fitting for the area.
Great place. Clean and well kept.
This was a great place to stay for 3 couples. Not only was it cheeper than 3 hotel rooms, we got to spend quality time with each other in a comfortable home like setting. We all loved it.
Very clean and in nice condition. Felt like we were staying in a new home.
Very nice accommodations, views, garage space, and proximity to pool. A short drive to Moab and nearby trails, parks, and other activities.
This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was spacious and reasonable priced. The pool was small but the kids enjoyed having access to it. Location was only a few minute drive from town.
We chose this for the view and the fact that it had a washing machine. The property was reasonable for our four-day stay.
The location and place itself were great. However, in the middle of the night a mirror from the master bathroom came crashing to the floor and shattered. We woke up with a fright, thinking someone had broken in, etc... I called Vacasa and they offered to come clean it up but made NO OTHER attempt to make this right. A defect in the property left us with a poor nights sleep and thankfully no one was hurt (our daughter had her sleeping bag near there to sleep but changed location right before bed... thanks goodness!) I called Vacasa to see what they would do to improve our satisfaction with the condo and their services but they refused to compensate in ANY way. It is too bad, because other than this it was a nice place to stay at a good value.
We wanted a rental outside of the city and this was perfect. We had room for all of us, a great kitchen to cook in, and all the amenities needed to keep the stay comfortable and the costs down. I recommend Rim Vista for any time you are staying in Moab.
Our stay in Moab was great. The place was clean and nice. We had a problem when the plastic toilet handle broke and they came and fixed it right away. My brother who was also renting a place in the same complex but not under Vacasa had a nice place but was not cleaned properly when he arrived. Also, our van breaks stopped working the night before our departure. Vacasa was able to lengthen our stay from 11 am check out to 7 pm so that the mechanic could fix the vehicle. There are lovely views, easy access to downtown and the Colorado, there is the 12,000+ foot mountain right there for a nice drive up the mountain (on your way down give your breaks a rest if they start smoking and/or feel like they do when you go through deep water-- go slower and stop for them to cool off -- then you can continue slowly down. Apparently this is a common coming down the mountain problem. If you really don't feel safe, by all means stop and get help). The mountain has many beautiful streams, views, wild flowers, birch and pine forests, deer, elk, rabbits, etc. There is white water rafting near by. And there's also a natural spring coming out of the rock in Moab by the Colorado. The place we stayed had a fire place -- it was just a great place to stay and a great location. There is much more to do in Moab that I did not list here. Vacasa was a great place to rent through.
Good times, definitely coming back
Very nice would stay again.
Loved the hot tub and pool with great showers.
Only improvement would be more pillows and the A/C could have been cooler.
This is my second time staying for a week in this same exact condo.....love the location near Moab and close to the pool, love the condo and it just flat out works the best for being in Moab for a week to play.
Will be back again!
We were happy with our stay and would gladly return. The kitchen/dining/living room widows from this unit (5A5) faced the play ground/tennis court/pavilion area. Great for keeping an eye on the kids while they played. Plenty of room for our party of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids).
Wonderful place to stay without being near downtown. Easy to get to National parks and groceries in Moab. Liked the space, with 3 preteens it was wonderful to not feel in top of eChother after a long day out. Clean and organized.
We are a family of 5 which decide last minute to take our Spring Break trip to Moab and made a late booking. The process was simply, confirmation prompt, instruction for getting to the property great and instructions for the property were well explained.
The property is approx. 5miles south of town but a quick 15 min drive to the entrance of Arches Nat'l park. After spending the day in the park you drive through town which allows you to pick up any items needed at the property.
Once on site the property sits adjacent to the playground, tennis court, pool/spa where we sent the kids to play while the adults sat on the front porch and enjoyed the sun while being able to keep an eye on the kids. The pool is seasonal so be sure to check this when making your reservation. We knew this going into our vacation that the pool would be closed but the spa was enough for us. The spa is small and can get very crowd in the evening after everyone is done for the day and wanting a to soak.
This location was great and affordable and we will definitely use this location again when we return to Moab.
The amenities were great here and the condo's are nice. They are located just south of town and were easy to get in and out of. I would recommend these condo's if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay with a large group!
Great new, clean space. One note -- it sleeps 8, not 10, even with people doubling up in beds and using the air mattress.
This house was great for 5 guys. We all had separate beds which is well needed after a hard days ride. WE took advantage of the well appointed kitchen to cook a few meals and the garage is perfect for keeping bikes safe at night. Great spot, would stay again
