There's a pet fee if you want to bring along your dog, and it has its own laundry facilities as well as a private hot tub. There is also a grill on the upper deck!
This rental is located within walking distance of Little Eagle Lodge and is adjacent to some of the area's most popular walking and biking trails. Guests can also take advantage of the on-site shuttle stop to get around to other attractions.
The main living area of the rental has a large flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace. The space has plenty of seating for the family and makes a wonderful spot to enjoy a fire after being outdoors on the slopes all day.
Juniper Crest #11 has a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The decks located on the main level allow guests to take their cups of coffee or glasses of wine outdoors to enjoy to beautiful views of Mammoth Rock, the Sherwin Mountains, and Dragon's Tail.
With three levels offering three bedrooms and two den areas and four baths, this rental works well for a family vacation. There are two main bedrooms, which are located on the first and third floors, one has a king bed and attached bathroom. The other has a king bed + a twin trundle bed and attached bathroom. In the third bedroom there is a queen bed As in the rest of the property, wireless internet can be accessed from each bedroom.

Parking Notes: There is garage parking for up to two vehicles. Please be advised, two large SUVs or two trucks will NOT both fit in the garage. Parking passes are located inside of condo with a garage door opener. This complex does not allow any RVs or trailers on the property. ********************************************************************** Be Bear Aware: Bears have an extraordinary sense of smell and are able to pry open car doors and windows with their claws. A miscellaneous food wrapper, food scrap, trash or sight of an ice chest is enough for a bear to break into your vehicle. Keep your car clean and free of anything scented, including non-food items such as air fresheners, lotions, toothpaste, hand sanitizers and wipes.

Our group absolutely loved the location. Could not get much better. The condo is an end unit, closest to the pathway to get to Eagle Lodge...so more natural light and a neighbor on only one side. It was definitely comfortable for a few couples.
Few areas for improvement considering the price for this property:
-4 bedroom description is a bit misleading; one of the "4" bedrooms is a small room off the kitchen that has a single pullout bed. Fine for a child (but they'd be the only person sleeping on that floor). We loved it as a room to store our ski gear so it was convenient for us. If we had invited a 4th couple, it would not have been comfortable.
-Hot Tub is super convenient on the back deck, but very dated and a bit dirty. It was chlorinated well, but there were particles floating in the water which was a bit disconcerting.
-Coffee Pot is OLD and dirty on the inside of the water tank - we used it but I'd expect more than a 10 year old $25 coffee pot in a $1.2M condo that costs over $5k for 4 nights :)
-Carpet upstairs needs to be seriously steam cleaned, OR replaced.
-Lastly, and the worst part of our experience was the body odor smell we got the second we walked into the condo. It clearly stemmed from upstairs, and smelled like dirty socks were hidden somewhere. We contacted Vacasa and they responded right away by bringing Fabreeze. While that was appreciated, the stench was not something that could be eradicated with just Fabreeze. Perhaps it stemmed from the carpet? Some other fabric? None of us could pinpoint exactly where, but both couples living upstairs smelled it every day.
If the odor is addressed/eradicated, we would certainly consider staying here again. The cons did not outweigh the pros for our group. We had a blast overall.

This cabin is situated next to the slopes of Mammoth Mountain and makes a perfect family home base for skiing and exploring Mammoth and the surrounding area. We love that it is pet friendly, so that we can have our fur friends with us and have easy access off the slopes to walk them in between runs. There is plenty of space for the group. It is an end unit and quiet in the evenings. We have stayed here two years in a row.

This place is awesome, good view, right next to a trail. awesome layout, felt like home. I would come back here without thinking about it. please don't let the following stop you from staying here. You will not be disappointed. There are some small things that would have made my stay more comfortable. missing a bbq specula, tongs, a couple of windows wouldn't open, middle bedroom needs to replace there chair/bed, and the can opener needs to be upgraded. small things need to be replaced.
We have ordered the missing items from the kitchen inventory, and the bed/chair is scheduled to be repaired. Some windows in this home do not open by design. We hope to see you again!

Our family of 7 and our dogs had THE BEST time at this condo. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We have stayed at many Mammoth cabins, condos, and vacation rentals over the last 10 years, and this one was the best by far. Amenities, policies, location, etc. were all perfect. There was more than enough room for everyone, the condo was a quick (3 minutes in DEEP snow) walk to Eagle Lodge, and we could ski back almost right into the hot tub! Everything was exactly as described in the listing, and we cannot wait to come back next season! Thanks to the owners for allowing renters and pets in this beautiful condo, and thanks to Vacasa for making booking, check-in, and check-out a breeze.

Walk to the lift and lodge, relax in the hot tub, plenty of space for multi-generational family. This was our second year in a row in this property. Vacasa is very responsive to requests for repairs when there is an issue.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of this property and enjoyed skiing right to our front door from the Eagle Lodge ski slopes of Mammoth. This fabulously appointed end unit had everything we needed for a family stay that was comfortable and spacious. Everyone had room to spread out with privacy and amenities. We had our well behaved pet with us which gave us extra happiness of not having to leave him behind with a pet sitter. With such easy proximity to slopes we were able to take breaks and play with him throughout the day (and he had fun in the snow as well!) Having pet friendly accomodations is ideal and enhanced our overall experience. We felt as if we were staying at a close friends' home. We will be staying here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay Juniper Crest, very close to the mountain and walking and hiking paths. Standard amenities were provided and House was clean. Only minor complaint is that the front door lock was broken. Would definitely stay again!

The big asset of this house is the location , you are 2 min walk from the slopes. House is great , only downside was the bed in the fourth bed room , it’s not a real bed . But for the rest our stay was amazing and we will definitely book it again.

We had two families stay here for 4 nights. The check-in process was easy and convenient, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Size and location of property suited us very well. We had enough space for everyone to sprawl out and relax and also have large family meals together. It's walking distance to Eagle lodge...big plus. The place is well appointed with kitchen essentials, towels (nice and thick), bedding and general supplies. My only complaints are the weak Wifi and floor cleanliness. WiFi was weak and only worked intermittently. As for the pet hair, I understand the property is pet friendly but the renters shouldn't have to experience pet ownership if they aren't pet owners. If these two items were addressed, I'd consider staying here again.

Our family continues to grow and it was awesome we found Juniper Crest 11.
With 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs the home offered everything we needed.
The location of this property was a plus (end unit). The kids were able to ride the scooters and the dogs were able to play in the front. The view was outstanding.
We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying at Juniper Crest 11 next year.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The location was great. I couldn't find a ski in path, but it was an easy walk (10min) from Eagle Lodge. Parking was a little tight for two minivans, but we managed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook.
